The house is just as in the pictures, it is very cozy and clean. They have the thoughtfulness to provide you with different things for breakfast and that is appreciated. A great place to relax and unwind, and not far from the coast. Francesco is very attentive and makes sure everything is fine.

Very nice place to feel home for the time of vacation. Don’t expect a hotel experience since the accommodation is rather simple. But everything you need is there and beyond that you can really feel home here. Sergio is a wonderful and helpful person. The pool is great! The property is very spacious and you have enough space for yourself. It’s a good spot to get around the area with the plenty of opportunities (Naples, Pompeji, Vesuvio, Amalfi,…) but you definitely need a car. We had a wonderful summer vacation here!

We stayed for 2 nights in Rosario’s unit and picked it because it was within walking distance to the Herculean Ruins (a quick walk down the hill) and its close proximity to Mt Vesuvius (a 20 minute drive). A lot of shops/restaurants nearby that were within walking distance too. Rosaria had great communication and was very friendly and quick to reply. The absolute best part was the parking spot, which is behind a gate, next to the house (because finding a parking spot proved difficult). Easy checkin and overall a great place if you’re looking for something close to everything! 😊

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. It’s a 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Sergio, for making my stay so memorable.

This villa was amazing. The decor inside was beautiful even the lighting inside was something to talk about. The outdoors was breathtaking. Great for a group. Carmine was very friendly and accommodating. He left snacks for us when we arrived and even offered to take us to the supermarket if needed. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

Our family stayed at the beautiful house in Sarno, really was a hidden gem. We were greeted by the 2 sisters when we arrived, they spoke very good English and showed us around the house and property. You will need a car to get there, but it’s a gentle drive up the hill from Sarno. There is a private gate that locks and there’s lots of parking. Beautiful yard with flowers, fruit trees and a pristine pool, large outdoor table for meals, lawn chairs by the pool, it really does look like the pictures! Inside the house, solid doors with good locks, we felt very safe. This house is super clean! It has a big kitchen, spacious seating areas, TV that has Netflix, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a washing machine ( no dryer, but there’s a drying rack on the upper deck). Lots of extra clean towels and sheets. There is also some universal chargers for your phones, flat irons ( hair) etc. There is a gardener named Elio that comes to take the garbage and recycling and cleans the pool.

This house is really quite incredible! The layout and design of the apartment is fun, artistic, spacious and eclectic! The shower is big with great pressure, and there is a lot of outdoor space you can use! The host lives above you, in the main house, so they are always available to help out! We meet Anna’s daughter, Francesca as our greeter! She was incredibly kind, very helpful, quick to respond and she even booked us a reservation for dinner at one of the places she recommended! You are close enough to Napoli for day trips, but you are just out of the way to avoid the bad traffic! Lots of stores within walking distance to satisfy your needs! Would definitely stay at this apartment again! The hosts are truly amazing and the apartment is wonderful! Thank you Anna and Francesca for everything!

Great location and a hidden little gem in this area, the pool was a lovely extra aswell on hot days. would love to come back again. would highly recommend

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

Mimi and Chiara were excellent hosts. The place is the result of years of love… piano, piano. Outstanding on all fronts! Walking distance to town. Do try the wines left for you, the red in particular. It’s a Taurasi in disguise.

Very happy with this night at Mario's, who was a really responsive, friendly and available host. We had some difficulty finding the location and Mario helped us right away with additional directions. The landscape once you arrive is amazing, the environment is quiet and peaceful, nothing like it to rest. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast in the morning. And then we asked for a restaurant address and we loved the recommendation made by Mario who even took the trouble to book a table for us. Thanks again!

Sergio and his wife are very welcoming. The space with an outdoor dining area was as expected. The pool is a real plus and big enough to hang out. Kids loved cats. We're hoping to be back!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.
