A great stay right in the centre of La Rochelle. Very peaceful, no noise whatsoever despite its location between all the restaurants on one of the main streets in La Rochelle. Apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we required. Christophe was very responsive and check in and out was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return in the future!

Firstly Patrick was great to deal, he was very responsive and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Patrick met me at the apartment and took me through all the required features and provided great local recommendations. The apartment is spacious and is in the best part of La Rochelle, you walk out the front door and you are right in the restaurant area and only a few minutes walk to the markets and town, you couldn’t get a better location. Despite being right where the action is the apartment is completely noise free and you are guaranteed a great nights sleep. There is a good oven, kitchen things, washing machine and dryer, basically everything you need for a stay. I highly recommend Patrick’s place, it ticks all the boxes.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

Sandrine's place is as described, clean and comfortable. It is close to the Saint Laurent de la Prée train station which allows you to walk there and be able to go to Rochefort and La Rochelle without a car. Fouras beaches are 5 minutes away by car.

Apartment as advertised on the site. Everything is functional; the apartment is comfortable and excellent. The decor is pleasing to the eye. All household appliances are present for cooking; cleaning and even washing, drying and ironing laundry. Everything is perfect. The apartment is well located for going to the city center by bus to visit or to the beach. No parking problems on the adjacent street. The owners are very friendly. I would recommend renting this apartment.
