An incredibly beautiful villa on a large and quiet domain. Everything was very clean and we were warmly welcomed by Khalid. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Mrs. Halima's place. The welcome was warm and she remained available throughout our visit. The villa is perfectly equipped, located in an estate that is both beautiful and soothing. Special mention to the pool and garden, which are the major assets of the villa. We would be happy to come back in the future, inchallah, and we highly recommend this listing.

Very, very large and spacious apartment with two suites and several bedrooms. The waterfront location is exceptional and the facilities on the terrace (hot tub , pool , paddle board and canoe) make the stay memorable. However, and this is not related to the house, Bouznika beach is very busy in August and plagiarists do not pick up their trash. That didn't stop us from having a great stay!

Can’t honestly recommend this villa enough. Visited as a family of six including two young children (5&6 yo) and my sister and her boyfriend. The pool is huge, and by far one of the biggest private pools I’ve ever had. Due to the heat it was hardly ever cold to get into either! We hired a car, as we love to explore so I can’t comment on the local amenities as such, but we ventured into Casablanca to shop at ‘Carrefour’ for our week for food, which was more than enough. The caretaker and his family who live near the villa were super accommodating and brought us some fresh fruit and bread during our stay too. It was an overall lovely and relaxing stay, thank you once again 🫶🏻

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. We ate on the terrace every day because the weather was good. 5mn walk to the beach and very convenient heated pool when you don't want to take the car. Small restaurant next to the beach view residence. Nearby highway access. Pleasant residence staff.

Had a great stay, everything was perfectly arranged and completely to your liking! The Wifi didn't work for a while, and after we reported it, a technical mechanic was sent right away (within 10 minutes) who got it working again within 5 minutes and since then the WiFi was excellent and super fast. The place is just stunning, exactly what I needed, falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing is just pure relaxation. I recommend both the place and the host, Fatiha was super friendly, she even left me a basket of fruits. Im deffo coming back ! PS: if you decide to stay at the property please make sure to feed the 2 tortoises in the garden

We had a great stay at kawtar and othman's place, they are very welcoming. The accommodation is clean as indicated in the description,close to all amenities. I would highly recommend it.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. This traditional Marrakech style villa so beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan and Asian touches felt so welcoming. In every room at every turn it was visually stunning. We absolutely loved the pool, the outside patio & the kitchen was perfect to cook and spend time visiting with our extended family. Catherine was very thoughtful and accommodating to us right down to the fresh fruit she had waiting for us upon our arrival. Catherine is a wonderful host and we highly recommend this property. Mr. Abdel is a very respectable, responsive and indefinable host! The place is much more wonderful than the photos. I and my family enjoyed the place, a very quiet private residence. The villa has a very large back garden, where you can enjoy the river (with its small fish) while enjoying a good coffee! It was difficult to leave the place to visit the city and its beach because it feels so good in the place! thank you again!! i can only recommend this villa and Mr. Abdel as a host.

Thank you Abdelilah, a spacious home ideal for large families. The house is located in a quiet and secure area and it is close to a beach with private character. At the beach we enjoyed the small natural pools between the rocks with a very pleasant temperature for small children. Mr. Khalid our host's brother was at our welcome and provided us with valuable information about the amenities as well as the area. The reception was very warm. Touria is one of the most responsive hosts I have seen. She took care of all our requests any time we asked. The villa is as pictured, spacious and clean, with a peaceful backyard. The neighberhood is safe with a guard present all the time, and it is a short walk to the beach.
