We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

We felt right at home, it is very cozy, that there is a pool is great and more if you go with children. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and near Carcassone. Fabien was very attentive at all times, any questions answered us super quickly. Very good experience

The interaction with Sandra has always been very courteous and accurate. Sandra was able to advise us properly on nearby shops and restaurants. The accommodation is very cozy, clean and very very well equipped. We'll be happy to go back to Sandra's. Thanks again for the welcome, we had a favorite.

We spent a few days of sleep at Jean Claude and Manu's apartment. We felt at home and they treated us very well, very friendly and close. The place has everything that is a must for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped to make meals there. We are in love with and around the village of Eus. A great experience and highly recommended that we will repeat well for sure!

A very charming place, a perfect host. Flawless apartment, very clean, everything we needed available, we didn't want for anything. The pool, the big + to cool off and rest in this beautiful garden. Wonderful experience. Delphine and her housband are amazing, very helpful and reliable.the camping is very nice, the bungalow was perfect for us.There is everything you need there.the bar at the entrance is full of activities info and the habdmade pizzas are delicious.Our dogs were very happy too as there is a nice walk to the river nearby. At night you can see all the stars in the sky.I feel lucky having been there.

Very nice apartment recently refurbished, comfortable bed with a good mattress not too soft. No chemical smell of laundry or product which is nice. Clean accommodation and responsive if there is a problem. Very good value for money. I would come back if I have the opportunity! The whole family enjoyed the stay in the apartment!

very good experience at the Pyrenees 2000. Despite the little snow caused by the lack of cold, the stay went wonderfully. idyllic setting offers magnificent views of the mountains. Refreshing, family-friendly with lots of hiking to do and redo. I recommend the accommodation and the host who met our expectations. We'll be back with pleasure. Thanks again for the stay.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful cottage with a sublime pool and a very nice garden in a bucolic environment. The bedding is really very pleasant with its very fine cotton sheets and towels too. Everything is very very clean. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. The small town of Mirepoix right next door is very nice. Huge market on Mondays. And there's an equestrian show in Viviès next door on Sunday evenings in summer that's worth it…

The best ski accommodation we have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished and high spec kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need. Pool, Sauna and Steam room were great after a day on the slopes. So close to the ski lifts of El Tartar to get into the Grandvalira ski area and ski hire shops close by too. Good restaurants in main El Tartar village and Lamont restaurant is excellent- only 20 min walk along the main road to Soldeu. Aida is also the perfect host and everything has been thought of! We can definitely recommend!

If you are looking for the best of apartments in Font Romeu, you are on the right listing. Beautiful apartment located very close to the gondola to access the slopes. Shops are close by. Helen & Graham’s cottage is a lovely wooden and stone traditional and cosy home in the beautiful French Catalan Pyrénées région with astonishing views over the mountains. They are welcoming and kind and gave us a lot of proposals to enjoy winter in the mountains with the family: skiing, “la luge”, traditional and local shops and markets. A great vacation and a lovely place to welcome the New Year in the heart of nature. We appreciated that everything was hand crafted with environnementally friendly design. One could write short stories or create art works in such an inspiring spot. Will definetely recommend it to people in search of peace and silence.
