Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Belvédère

Aude’s villa is a fantastic place to stay for any family. We have a 2 year old daughter and it had everything she could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is large enough to do a proper swim and the table tennis kept us busy all night long! Being able to have a bbq outside each night whilst taking in the spectacular views was also particularly special! The villa is set in a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful in the hills of Tourette’s Sur Loup. However, you are only a 7 minute drive from the town where you can find lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Agnes was extremely communicative and if we needed any questions answering she was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year! Thank you Aude for allowing us to stay in your incredible villa.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We spent a wonderful weekend in the cottage with the family, it is very spacious, very well equipped, it feels like home. we will be happy to go back. Melissa is very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable.

We stayed at Olessia's place for a family gathering. There were 12 of us among adults, teenagers and children and we were all conquered by the pleasantness of staying there. The location of the accommodation allows you to reach the center of Menton and the highway in ten minutes by car. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished, equipped with everything you need and with a magnificent view (unforgettable sunrise!). Olessia was always present and available at all stages: from booking to check-out and also for our requests during the stay. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

Remo was an impeccable host! Good welcome, impeccable house, a spacious living space and a large terrace to enjoy together with family or friends!

Peaceful stay and perfect for family and friends. Since then, the first exchanges with Frédéric, their neighbor Mrs. Spencer until the departure, no complaints. We feel that our host is a good person and wants to do it. The only small downside is the dishwasher that malfunctions a little....only the 35° program works. Otherwise we had a lovely stay! This was my third time staying in Cecilia's beautiful flat. It's in a quiet neighborhood and everything is within walking distance. Cecilia is excellent about communicating with me.

a great stay in this small tastefully furnished apartment! very functional and well-equipped, nothing is missing, quality service! 10 min walk from the city center and a shuttle at the foot of the building to reach the ski lifts!!

Great place for summer hiking!

Nice place and very convenient to Nice tram and Gare Nice-Ville. This made our excursions to elsewhere along the cote d’azure very easy! Also as we came with a car, it was nice to have free parking nearby.

Beautifully decorated accommodation, very friendly welcome. Namely, there are very steep steps to access the accommodation (and an also steep internal staircase). The village is quite old but there are beautiful hikes and scenery in the area. We had a very nice stay, we recommend it!

Amazing apartment locating in the heart of St Paul de Vence. The room is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Man should be a bit careful when driving with a car through the village, a smaller car will be better. Parking in the wall is however no big problem, we always managed to find some places. Amandine is friendly and warm helpful during our communication. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to go there again!

Charlotte’s apartment is great! Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location and the surrounding area with all the cafes, restaurants and shops. Catherine who met us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Thank you both for the hospitality! Highly recommended!

This is the place to stay if you love France!

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Villa d’Azur is exactly as advertised but better. The house is large with plenty of spaces to gather as a group or be by yourself. The grounds are beautiful and view from the back terrace is amazing. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable including the soda bed which we used for a couple of nights when there were eight people in our group. The entire house was recently renovated so everything is modern and works well. Gary is a very responsive host, answering all our questions before booking and providing a complete house manual before our arrival. We had a couple small problems soon after we arrived and he called back within minutes and helped us troubleshoot the issue and sent someone to repair the problem right away

I had a great stay in this house. The house is beautiful, the garden is wonderful. The surroundings are fantastic. Calmo, Private Site and I the great view. We were very well received by the owners of the house. The house is super well equipped both in the kitchen and in terms of comfort

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
