Excellent stay, friendly responsive host! Home is in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need or want within a short drive. Clean and homey with more amenities than expected! Would definitely stay here again our next visit to Bemidji.

The space was so nicely cleaned and such a peaceful spot! Lots of interesting books to read and great area between Bemidji and local state parks. Will definitely need to come back!

This was a great rustic cabin experience. We came to ice fish on upper red and this was a perfect location, very near everything we needed. We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway…just what we needed! Thank you, Lora and Pete!

Westwood is a rustic and beautiful home on a large, private lakeshore lot. Richard and the lodge management staff were very friendly and ensured we had a great stay. Had an amazing visit and would highly recommend it!

The place was perfect with everything we needed, very clean and furnished, close enough to town yet secluded enough to have privacy giving a taste of backwoods Minnesota. Perfect stay for what we desired, very cozy, excellent neighborhood, good roadways and simple directions. Absolutely saving the spot for any possible future visits to backwoods bemidji. Thank you:)

Other than a couple of very minor things that Mitchell addressed immediately, our stay at his cabin was everything we had hoped for. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, friendly neighbors & pet friendly (which was awesome). There was no TV, but that didn't bother us in the least. We were pretty much only in the cabin to eat and sleep. We had a good view of the lake from the cabin and were a short drive from many fishing lakes. The lake the cabin is great for fishing as well. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place, nice and close to Red Lake. Secluded, clean, and easily accessible!!

This cabin was so quiet and peaceful! It was right on the water which we enjoyed. We were in process of moving and this was the perfect place to get a little rest in. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee or an evening listening to the water.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cabin. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The lake was peaceful and serene, great for boating on the included pontoon boat or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the lake. Our kids loved exploring the shoreline and fishing off the dock. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a tranquil family vacation.

A stunning A-frame in the woods! We loved our time here. We were two couples with one four year old each. Each family had enough space to sprawl out with room to spare. The decor was beautiful, furniture comfortable, the beds were great, and the place was a dream for the kiddos - lots of toys, books, puzzles and all the kiddo items (booster seat etc.) were generously shared by Rosie and her family. We enjoyed our time here very much and can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful cabin! Exactly as pictured/described. We appreciated the 2-person kayak for use and loved the views of the morning sunrise. This cabin is about 10-15 minutes from Bemidji which was perfect for hiking at the state park and going into the city for shopping all the cute local shops. Would absolutely stay here again.
