Vacation rentals in Belmont

Ended up with this host for a last minute booking after another Airbnb host told us last minute there was no heat (in Mass in December?!). Very responsive and professional, this team has very nice locations and fabulous communication all the way through our stay. Would definitely book with them again!

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

This is a nice place, it had everything we needed and was clean. Ian was a great communicator. The shower was a little on the small size.

A nice and clean apartment. We were walking distance to several great restaurants and bars. I would stay again next time I have shows to see in Boston.

This place was just perfect for what we needed! It was exactly as described, clean and more than roomy enough for our party. The location is great too. Easily accessible to Salem, stores, restaurants and public transportation. Aurelia left a binder with great suggestions and then checked in with me to make sure we were happy and settled. Highly recommended !

Simon’s place has everything you need and more. Fridge stocked with bottled water and sodas. Chocolates, oranges and bars for snacking. Bouquet of fresh flowers in the master bedroom. We felt very welcomed into this wonderful space. It is on the second floor of a 3 level house. Three apartments total in the building. Great to have off street parking. I highly recommend.

Had a great stay at this place (this was our second time there). Our plane to the area was much delayed but our hosts were understanding and very helpful. Everything was as advertised and the place was convenient to our activities visiting family. Will definitely stay there again!

The hospitality provided was unmatched. The home was warm and cozy upon arrival and the perfect place to kick back and relax. The little morning treat upon checkout was a wonderful touch and a great way to end the trip and send us straight off to another one. Thank you Talita and Vinny for placing value in taking care of your guests. It surely does not go unnoticed. We would definitely come back, maybe for the summer next time!
