Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Belmar

Patty’s Long Branch rental is perfect!!! We needed a place centrally located for our family and friends to pop-in as we were visiting from NC and her home was everything we could’ve asked for. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and the temperature in the house was just right (so much so that our toddler had slept in during our stay - BIG win)! Patty thought of everything to make sure her guests are right at home. The house is also just a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk; which offers lots to do. Tons of restaurants in the area as well. Highly recommend. Thank you Patty for making us feel so at home!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy, and there were lots of nice extras which we really appreciated. We had one small issue which the owners were super responsive to, and they even followed up to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again.

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

Summer came and went without my family and I spending as much time as we wanted at the beach. So to make sure we got our fill of sun, sand and water, we rented Brian's house right on the beach and we couldn't be happier. The location was peaceful enough but active enough to keep you entertained while relaxing. In walkable distance to everything you need on a jersey shore vacation. Loved seeing the kids run on the boardwalk, laughing and acting like kids on a shore weekend. Great views from the second floor balcony and enjoyed saying hello and talking to people ealki g by from the 1st floor front porch. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and never at any point felt like we didn't have enough room. Great house and location. Brian is easy to get along with and is an involved host. We are definitely coming back next year.

Second time staying for a week in November. Great location, cozy home, walk to beach. Pretty ideal.

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Our stay was perfect! Lovely apartment in a great location. The hot tub was awesome!! The apartment was even more updated than in the pictures (in a good way) new couch and comforters I think? Looked great!

Great Airbnb experience for Seaside. Clear instructions how to check in and very flexible check in process. Parking situation was great right in front of the Airbnb. The Airbnb was right next to the beach and boardwalk very walkable to everything. The kitchen had everything you needed and the grills in that back were a plus for a cook out. Everything was clean and had what you needed for a great beach weekend!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

This place was amazing for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration in the area! It’s right off the boardwalk and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! Charleen and Nick were incredibly responsive.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at Alyson's place. The apartment is so cute and cozy and just a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk and beach. It is absolutely perfect for us. Beds were comfy and was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.
