The house was PERFECT for me Size, amenities just right, that's all I needed for myself. It has a very charming, cozy, homely character, you feel right at home, not a home away FROM HOME. I LOVE IT! We felt like at home from the beginning. The house is very clean, lovingly and well furnished with plenty of space, various seating options and a large dining table. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well, also because the environment is very quiet. The location is sunny with a beautiful view of the mountains. The living area on the upper floor of the house is flooded with light and cozy warm with the pellet stove. Nevertheless, the first floor is quite cold. However, there is a fireplace and electric radiators if you want to heat. The large grotto is very helpful for storing groceries. Although we could not enjoy it due to the season, there is a very nice outdoor area. We missed the dishwasher, but we knew in advance that there wasn't one. We greatly appreciated Jolanda's hospitality and helpfulness. We thank you for the lovely stay.

Highly recommended. Lovely apartment, inside a new and well maintained building with a large underground parking lot and a comfortable and wide elevator directly up to the apartment.

We, a family of 4, spent a great weekend in Sara's mountain house. The house is very cute, as soon as you are inside, you feel comfortable. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail and nothing is missing, everything is available. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The house is 800 m above sea level and thus you have a very nice view. You can drive down the mountain to the small village of Giubiasco, where the first shops and stains are. It is a short drive to Bellinzona, and Lugano can also be reached in 20 minutes. The hostess Sara was very nice and welcomed us very friendly. A great place to stay that we can only recommend.

The location and accommodations are exceptional. Located right in the center of the old city, yet quiet and peaceful. The beautiful large shared garden behind the home was a delight to sit in and look across to the castles on the hill. The gate in the garden gave easy access to the Castle and town center. The upper sitting room in the apartment was bright and airy. We enjoyed reading in there. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

I just want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the warm hospilality during our stay. We felt incredibly welcome throughout our visit, the warmth made our time truly special. We enjoyed the fresh tomatoes, pepper and the egg from the garden. Thank you for this memorable vacation and we will come back again one day.
