Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bellingen Shire Council

It was perfect for a short term stay. The eggs, bacon and homemade bread was a warm welcome. The views are stunning and we enjoyed a lovely fire in the evening. Thoroughly recommend!

Dear Ann (and Chris), thank you for hosting our large family. We felt right at home the moment we parked out front and you came to greet us despite the late hour. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and very loved home, stories and animals with us during our stay. You had everything in the house to make our stay comfortable and your recommendations were great. The family was all praises too. The glorious sunlight from the large windows, birdsong, Lara and Cash instantly put a smile on my face and I was in a happy place. Our boys especially loved your place and insisted I write you their message, "Hi, I am Shveta's son and I am 11 years old. I went to Valla Beach's top spot and to be honest I was really surprised at how well kept the house was. The house was huge and Ann (the owner of the house) was hospitable to me and my brother. Honestly, this was my best farm stay I'd ever gone to, and I have been to quite a few. Please stay at Ann's house. It is the best". We will be back :-)

Lovely place to stay. Lots of quirky displays! Power point near under cover carpark was very handy for our EV charger (we asked host first if it was ok to use it). Lots of wildlife and animals noises along with bird life and possums. I liked it but if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or get used to being amongst nature. Comfy bed. Spacious living areas. Camp creative a very short drive away. Most enjoable stay!

Such an incredible place! Could have spent a whole week here listening to the birds and appreciating the beautiful trees and relaxing in this gorgeous space. so much thought and care for endless possibilities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this place. Breathtaking views from the beautiful verandah, lots of info about the local area which took us places we weren't expecting to go (and had a great time), and Chris was on hand to help with any questions. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

We booked Chantelle place for 2 nights. It was really peaceful and we enjoyed the green views and nature’s sounds. Chantelle sent ahead a very clear instructions and recommendations for the area and was very communicative, helpful and nice. Thank you for everything! We will come back again.

The place was a good getaway from the busy hustle of city life. Peta is an extremely good hearted person and I would want to book the place again, because of her and the vibes that this place had. We checked in late, and my family was sad that we couldn’t spend much time in the property, as anyone can spend two to three days in there easily. Peta is extremely responsive and has maintained the place flawlessly. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks Peta, for such a warm and cozy stay.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Mt Browne cottage. The location was just beautiful and very peaceful. Close to Coffs but nestled away in the rainforest so a world away. Lovely drives to access with some cute little townships close by. A great option for guests with dogs as they were well catered for with a big area to run and explore in at the front of the cottage while there was a small secure area available at rear to contain them when needed. It absolutely poured torrentially during our entire stay so it was a Netflix and reading weekend for us. The cottage was very comfortable and well set up so we could still really enjoy our forced R & R. There was a beautiful outlook from every room. So, despite the weather our stay was still lovely.
