The house is beautiful and it still has board games It is very very very well-equipped and very well located. We were able to show our children how to take the metro and RER to visit Paris and of course Disneyland Celine is an exceptional person she answered us all the questions very quickly If we come back to Paris , we'll ask Celine if the house is available Thank you very much Celine for everything

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. We felt very good about it. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described, no bad surprises. We highly recommend this accommodation. And we'll be back with pleasure. Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. Excellent stay, much more than we expected, especially for Elodie's attention. Always willing to help, far beyond what a host should. We had never had such excellent attention before. The apartment is just like the photos. Spacious, cute, and supremely clean. You feel better than at home. Elodie the best. We look forward to returning, we are definitely looking forward to staying longer.

Laura’s place was super cute and it was easy to reach attractions and other sites in the city on the metro. Would stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Claire’s apartment was so spacious, which was important to us. We were traveling with our adult daughter and wanted space to relax after long days of sightseeing. I loved the balcony and the Christmas tree was a gorgeous touch. The street was so quaint with many bakeries, markets, and stores to shop in. I would definitely want to stay here again

it is a great place to be. I couldn't use the beautiful terrasse as it was to cold and windy. I will need to come back in the spring sometime. Charlotte is super friendly and explained everything exactly. so one is never lost.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

We had a wonderful stay at Agata's place. It was very clean, and we appreciated the convenience of having a parking space. Agata was always reachable and provided us with clear instructions about our stay. If you are considering booking this flat, be mindful that there is only one bathroom/toilette and is accessible via the bedroom. It might be inconvenient in some situations.

We had a great stay at this apartment. We were here for Christmas and enjoyed having Christmas Eve dinner at the apartment. It was well set up for food preparation and the area has the most wonderful stores for buying the most delicious food! We loved the area, we felt very local and it was close to many train stations so easy to get anywhere in Paris quickly but you only need to leave the area to see the big touristy sights because the area is perfect for drinking/dining & shopping. The apartment was so spacious for a Paris apartment, it was the best we have ever stayed in and would stay there again in future. Alain and Eric were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

Great apartment very close to the metro station. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

Very good stay at Franck's. Franck is very responsive and friendly: perfect welcome (even the coffee was ready when we arrived). The apartment is very clean, nice with its small terrace and very quiet. It perfectly matches the description and photos. The accommodation is very well located, close to public transport (bus, metro) and very close to shops. I would highly recommend it

Very quiet and easy house to stay in.Enzo-san is very kind to buy water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival.Perfect for those who work remotely in the room or cook their own meals.I have used Airbnb in the 20th arrondissement, but this house is convenient because it is almost in the 16th district and a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. You are a lovely host.I can recommend it for you!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
