Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Recently renovated accommodation. Thoughtful and functional decor. New, extra clean sheets and towels. Ability to use the washing machine and ironing. Stefania is friendly and present. Really a positive experience.

Oreste was very kind, a courteous and friendly host. The house is super clean, located very well, close to a beautiful park and close to the sea. I recommend!

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

It is a nice apartment with enough place for a family of 4-5 persons. It is not a long walk to the sea. There is a very nice pastry shop in waking distance- Peccati di Gola )

Emanuele is truly a SUPER HOST!We were in Cattolica x the national final of the Sport Project: the apartment is in a quiet residential area, very close to the sea and the pedestrian area and 8 minutes from the Riviera Horses Resort, very easy to reach. The apartment is really super and beautiful and totally matches the photo and description and the large terrace was also very used. We had a great time. We had to leave the apartment on Saturday morning, by 10, but since there was no other reservation, Emanuele proposed to keep it for free even throughout the morning: in this way, after finishing the races we returned calmly home and we prepared all the luggage... without haste... we left it around 2:00 pm. If we were to return to Cattolica, I would definitely pick up the same. Emanuele thank you!!!! 😘

I highly recommend it because it was a very nice weekend in Kiara's apartment because it was very clean with sea views according to the description and the photos are very close to the train station, and it is easy to have the address, the way to receive the key was very easy and Kiara is very kind in treating it and active in responding. Thank you very much Kiara, it will not be the last time in your apartment..

So kind and nice, very fantastic. The tips for the restaurants in San Merano and Urbino were also great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. Proximity to the sea and air conditioning are an unbeatable combination! Because it is addressed in other reviews, our assessment of the city center is good and easy to do in 10-15 minutes. Food, stroll, museums - all within walking distance.

The apartment was as advertised . Very clean and in a quiet setting.

We stayed two nights on the occasion of the 2024 Misano Grand Prix. The place perfectly matched the description on the site, super friendly and helpful host. Great location Air conditioning present in each room. We felt really comfortable.

The apartment is in a quiet place, a little off the beaten path but still close to downtown. It is well furnished, with air conditioning, washing machine and also the dishwasher.

Exceptional hospitality, very warm and attentive team. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea views from almost all apartments recommended, a very good value for a stay with family

the house is beautiful, spacious and the 6 of us plus two dogs had ample space to not feel "suffocated" there is plenty of space on the terrace to relax and even dine. with children having the pool, large, it was great especially for those who, like me, do not like the sea for more than three/four hours the outdoor area is kept VERY tidy and maintained daily. we stayed a week and honestly we can only say positive things about who works there. during the stay we had problems with the car and they ALL lent themselves to help us. They took us to various mechanics, shops and also brought food to relieve our stress.... even Monica had offered us an extra night if the car wasn't ready. we traveled a little over the years and no doubt Monica and the rest of the team were the most welcoming. We definitely recommend it and want to thank you all for making us feel at home and for your availability during our stay.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

It was by far the easiest check-in we have ever had. Since a hotel staff checks you in its a bit like staying in a hotel with the beauty of having a 2 story unit with underground parking. We pulled right into the parking garage ($15 Euro extra but worth it.). A breakfast was available to purchase in the morning but we left very early. Very CLEAN place.

A perfect place to stay in tranquility and relaxation , super cozy thanks also to Antonella very kind and available . I had a great weekend !
