Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Bella Vista

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

John and his team are excellent communicators and very flexible. The house is bigger than expected and there are three outdoor areas and the pool was fresh after laying in the sun. Great water flow in the showers and plenty of towels. Excellent location and quick walks to lots of restaurants. we loved it and will rent it every time we are in Buenos Aires! 😊

Paula + Jeronimo we’re consummate hosts. Exceeded my expectations and ensured we had all the help we needed to feel comfortable and well accommodated. They were both so kind and checked in to make sure we were acclimating well to offer help and recommendations which was appreciated. The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

We stayed one night, it was always very kind and flexible, everything was organized and communication always flowed, we would stay again!

Staying in Casa Gorriti for a month felt like living in a palace in the middle of the city. It was amazing! The house is an impeccable location, easily walkable through several neighborhoods. We regularly walked 20 mins to the Plaza Italia subte station to get around, but also got several Ubers/Cabify easily from our place. There are endless options of amazing restaurants nearby, and also a well stocked kitchen we used regularly. Groceries were convenient to get from many shops within 2-10 minutes walk. We took advantage of the excellent parrilla to grill as well! I worked remotely the whole time. WiFi was great, and I was able to get a comfortable setup with the desk upstairs. My favorite amenity was the rooftop terrace. We spent lots of time with our morning coffee, having lunch, or sipping wine in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who are sensitive to noise at night. You can hear the nightlife until super late most days. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

Daniel's place has a great view and location, it is a very comfortable apartment and the most important thing it's that Daniel was very responsive and supportive all the time. I do recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful, with everything you need for a family stay, we really enjoyed it a lot. The garden is dreamed and the swimming pool super safe for children. Federico shows his attention and warmth from the first contact, I would definitely return. Thank you very much!

That's what you see in the photos. The house is very nice and comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The garden and pool are also in pristine condition. For those of us who don't like “peeled” grounds, this one with its trees and its vegetation is beautiful. Matias, the host, is always helpful and kind to respond and resolve. We really enjoyed the stay. Definitely highly recommended!

Place well located, I was super well served, cleaned apartment, well located, with market close and safe! It was my first time from Argentina and I highly recommend it!

We thank Nicholas for these wonderful days that we spent at his house. Fabulous, full of interesting and beautiful places to relax with beautiful views, this house resembles a villa in the south of France in the midst of the incredible nature of Argentina. Watching hummingbirds while sunbathing by the pool under jasmine flowers - la vie est belle ♥️ The territory of the house is full of beautiful flowers. Inside the house there is a stylish living room full of antique furniture and art objects with lots of interesting books. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook not only meat on a parish, but even a pie! And nearby there is a very beautiful golf club, near which it is very beautiful to walk at sunset. It looks like a dream house for an introvert interested in art. The host was friendly and very hospitable and always helped with all questions. He even met us near the road in a car to help with your things. Thank you very much again! I hope to come here again!

the house is very comfortable, the garden was very nice, everything was just like the photos. The beds were very comfortable. We are not missing anything. Super recommended. I would rent it again

Incredible property, beautiful design/aesthetics, large property with plenty of space, comfortable beds, fast internet, in great location (walkable to most things). Beyond the property itself, was how amazing Fran was as a host! Super flexible, kind and helpful with recommendations! Can’t wait to return 😁

Mariano and his wife are very attentive to the needs of the guests. He served us quickly by putting an air conditioner in the room due to the intense heat. If you like to be well served, this is the place.

Marcello is amazing: always approachable and had plenty of recommendations. The location was central to most places, either by walking, bus, or via taxi. Additionally, it felt very safe…plenty of people walking around late at night.

Florencia’s place was wonderful! They let us check in early and check out late, everything was wonderful and they were very responsive. Enjoyed the pool very much as well. Would definitely come back!

May & Seb. The place is cute, comfortable and located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, perfect for enjoying the city. Very close are some of the most beautiful parks, such as the Rosedal, the Japanese Garden and the Planetarium, ideal for strolling and relaxing in contact with nature. Hosts are responsive and responsive to any questions or needs, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and well attended stay in a privileged area of the city.
