We had a great stay here while up in Meredith for the NE Pond Hockey Classic! Cute little place with comfy beds and close to the venue. A sweet little spot!

Swallow Hill Manor was beautiful and Dylan was a wonderful host! The house itself is stunning and the surroundings were absolutely idyllic. The property was spacious and appeared just like the listing. I would highly recommend staying here!

Another lovely stay at Vicki’s place. As always she was very accommodating and went out of her way to leave fresh fruit , fresh flowers and even offered an early check in because bad weather was coming. A wonderful host!

Loved this house. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Lovely to walk the surrounding area. Rare and important, all the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and set up for cooking. Be aware that the kitchen is set up with seating at the center island for 4 in a row, but there is no dining table. So if you are more than 4, someone stands or sits separately in the living area for meals. Beyond that, we found everything as described and look forward to returning!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

The host was friendly and responsive, we got exactly what we were expecting, no surprises. The house was cozy and met all our needs, we would definitely recommend it to others and would also stay there again.

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

We loved Angel's place, the place was very clean and welcoming! and close to nice trails and the beautiful town of Wolfeboro. We would definitely come back!

Tracy was very kind and responded to all my messages promptly. She did not have unrrasonable expectations and her cabin was perfect for our family's needs. Check in and out were easy and the location was very close to the fun park and wiers beach a family favorit as wsll as graet food and beautiful villages. The cabin itself was surounded by some other very close cabins that confused us at first but turned it turned out to be beautiful inside not much outside though.

We stayed at Ryan's place with our young family during school winter vacation. The space was beautiful and clean and the view of the lake across the street was stunning. We got snowed in for about 24 hours of our stay due to a big winter storm and appreciated having space for our kids to play indoors (the bunk beds were a hit). When the weather cleared we were an easy drive of some fun winter attractions like tubing and ice castles.

The condo is so beautiful and so close to everything. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better stay for my family. So grateful to have found this spot and absolutely will be renting here again. 10/10 recommend.

This house is very nice and cozy. Everything was as the description said. We went in the winter time and the house is 10 minutes away from Gunstock Mountain, can't beat that. There are lots of things to do in Gilford, Laconia and you can drive to the Ice Castles in an hour. Great experience. Christine was very flexible with the schedule and was able to fit us in perfectly on a really busy week during February vacation :)

Great find! Everything in the house looked new. Lots of thoughtful touches. Found a great local restaurant and had a fabulous dinner. Hiked the snowmobile trail at the end of the road and had a beautiful walk in the woods. We had a great stay!

We had a great weekend getaway here. We both needed a mental reset, and that is exactly what we got. Communication with Sal was easy, and always got a response almost immediately. The house was clean and perfect! It was very dog friendly and had a nice yard we could let the dogs play. We would definitely stay here again. Directions to the house were so simple and an easy drive.

This place is a gem!! Our 2nd visit, and it didn’t disappoint! The attention to detail, and all the extras make this a perfect place. The bed is so comfortable, as are the plush towels! The homemade soaps are so nice , and make the space smell amazing! This place will be a regular spot we visit! Added that it’s dog friendly make it perfect !!

Good place to stay lots of beds in a small footprint. Burners on the stove never got hot enough for me to cook my dinner or boil more than a cup of water but other than that everything worked great and check in and out was painless.

We’ve stayed here twice now and has been an enjoyable stay. It’s close to concord and Manchester. The cute country store in town has unique items. It’s a nice private location. It has a lot of room and we’ve never even used the bottom floor with much more room.

A very cute basement apartment below a family home with plenty of space to explore. We had only stayed one night but would’ve felt comfortable staying longer in this lovely space. The hosts provided many snacks in a little welcome basket as well as ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat with a lovely space around them.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. Absolutely beautiful location with lots to do. Great for water sports. Super clean. Would do it again in a heartbeat
