perfect out of the way spot with a patio that fit our needs. the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. internet was good and loved the outdoor shower

My boyfriend and I stayed in Caye Caulker for a week to relax and snorkel and Susan’s cottage was perfect! She is so friendly and gave us a really warm welcome when we arrived. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It is both private and close to restaurants and snorkel activities. Overall, really friendly host, great recommendations, clean property and fantastic location! We had an amazing stay!

Julie and eva were amazing responsive and anticipated issues we might encounter. The home was great and perfect size for our group of three. Plays sala across the street was good for a quick bite or cocktail by the bay. The home is about 2.5 miles on unpaved roads then another 2 miles to town. The unpaved section rivaled the surface of the moon. It probably gets better as it dries out but it was daunting. Choose your golf cart wisely …. Big wheels shocks etc

We had a great stay at Casa Vista. Beautiful and peaceful spot on the ocean. More than enough space for our group of 7. The pool was awesome, my girls swam in it every day we were there. If you're visiting Caye Caulker I would recommend for sure. I'd love to come back!

‘Lost At Sea’ is better than we’d imagined. It’s a wonderfully quiet and private oasis— but not too far (by golf cart) from restaurants and activity in San Pedro. Every part of the home is inviting and comfortable, providing all the essentials and lots of thoughtful extras. We especially loved the pool, palapa, and kayak. Everyone we met was so kind. Eva met us at the water taxi on our first day, brought us to the Airbnb and even helped us to stop for groceries along the way. She gave us several excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, and was very warm and welcoming. At her suggestion, we booked a tour with Tacio Badillo. Tacio and “G” picked us up from the palapa for fishing, snorkeling and conch shell diving. They were both so kind and so knowledgeable. At the end, they grilled an incredible meal of fresh caught snapper with conch ceviche. There are many more things I could mention, but I’m running out of room! We so enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. This place was an absolute gem of a find! It was a last minute choice as every hotel we went to in San Pedro was fully booked for the night. I can’t express enough how pleasantly surprised we were. Dianna and Crystal were super friendly, communicative and welcoming. The place was beautiful and peaceful and the outside shower is really something! The only negative thing I have to say is it’s hard to find the place as there is no exact address and the gps app and general internet connection is sometimes unreliable. The hosts did their best to provide written directions but we still had to ask the locals who pointed us in the right direction. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying there again myself the next time I find myself in San Pedro!

Wait no longer! Book this place for your stay in San Pedro. The house and grounds are beyond what the photos show! Absolutely stunning home with a marvelous pool- perfect for relaxing in the shallow area or cooling off in the main pool. Views from the dock offer the best sunsets and place for quiet or gathering with your group. Take Neal up on meals delivered from his wife’s restaurant- we chose the lobster dinner for our arrival and were not disappointed. Neal even welcomed us to hop a ride on his boat to town! What an awesome first day. Our snorkel tour picked us up on the dock- make sure to arrange for that for any tours- saves you the ride to town. We enjoyed a second boat ride to Secret beach and a stop off at a private beach- we said to ourselves… who does that!!! Neal and Charmaine are the best air bnb hosts we have ever had- and this place is beyond what you can imagine. If we could give 10 stars we would. Look no further! This is where you want to stay!

What a beautiful home, lovingly crafted and cared for. The wrap around deck, where we spent much of our time, and the pool were highlights. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a great feature. Combined with the open living room-dining area-kitchen, there was a perfect balance between privacy and communal space. Israel was also very warm and helpful, particularly with arrangements to and from Caye Caulker and the water taxi. Even though two of our four days on the island were pretty rainy, we were very happy just to spend that time relaxing at Bonita's.

We loved sitting on the porch or out on the pier having coffee, reading or watching the sunrise. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day out in the heat. The kitchen was really well stocked with high quality cookware. The location was great for us, slightly away from town for a more peaceful stay but easy to get to most places. We were welcomed and felt right at home all week.

Nice place, very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend. Make sure you have mosquito repellent and we did see a crocodile at the dock next to ours.

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

Jonathan’s place at the Sunset Caribe was amazing. You are footsteps from the pool, poolside bar and in a great location. The pictures watch the experience. The staff Was very friendly and everyone was responsive for any questions or recommendations. Book it for a getaway! There’s so much that Belize has to offer and this stay will help you indulge in the experience.

Joan’s condo was wonderful. A few friends also had different accommodations at the island for the same price. Mine had the best AC, the best view, and the most responsive host. I did a day excursion with Up Close Belize. The driver with up close Belize did not get me back to the water taxi in time for the last ferry to Caye caulker and then left me stranded on the main land. Joan and the girls at the office quickly came to my rescue and found me a charter at 6:30 pm back to Caye caulker. Any time I had a question Joan was very quick to respond. I am looking forward to coming back and I will definitely choose Joan’s again. Also it was very clean!

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Description is spot on. Nice quiet location away from town. Lots of space to relax, comfortable bed, really nice dock to sit and drink coffee in the morning, awesome deck to sit and watch the day go by. Off grid house which we expected and really didn't make a difference to us. Not hosts fault at all and we knew we were far from town. Unfortunately the road south of the airport has been damaged by the construction trucks which made it difficult to travel on. When it rains the craters in the road get filled with water and make it hard to walk on. Be prepared to pay $20 US for one way to/from house. A few taxi drivers told us they do not go past the airport due to the road conditions. Bikes are available to use but due to the road conditions and complete darkness at night we didn't feel comfortable riding at night. Once at the house everything was as expected and we enjoyed our stay at Cindy and Don's. Very nice to have drinking water available too!

Our vacation was a success and this was because we got a amazing Airbnb!! Everything was clean and well put together, the staff were amazing and friendly. We will definitely be back and soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!!

Great location, easy check in & out. Monica was a very responsive & helpful host. Many great restaurants & bars within walking distance. Accommodation was very clean & well stocked with basic necessities. Bed & pillows & linens were very clean & comfortable. Will certainly return when visiting back to San Pedro.

Love the location-able to very easily get to the South Island but always happy to come back to the north island d for peace and sanctuary. Amazing deck! Loved the hammocks! I do believe the bed is a double, not a queen. Fully stocked kitchen, some quirky light fixtures-some not working. Overall, great, quiet space.

Place was great, just what we were looking for. When we got off the water taxi the street taxi guys could not find the AirB&B by the address! I easily found it through the link Monica sent. It was within a block, right on the beach. We enjoyed getting up in the morning with coffee and watching the sun come up and the people working on the noays and docks getting their day going.

Sarah’s place in Caye Caulker is lovely! She very kindly met us at the air bnb on arrival and gave us super helpful instructions and recommendations. Secondly, the stay included bikes use for free which was super useful for getting around the island. Thank you for letting us stay at your place Sarah!
