Vacation rentals in Belize Barrier Reef

Shallow Bay was beautiful, so cute, and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The covered deck is very large and we loved having coffee in the morning and nightcap in evening out there. It is super quiet and peaceful along with well landscaped and maintained lot. Jeannette the local contact person is extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and tours. I would definitely come back and recommend staying here.

Although our stay was very brief, we could not recommend this place enough!! Fernando and Rebecca were always available and even helped us carry luggage inside. They were very accommodating and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more! the home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. The beach is right out the front door with plenty of seating options and a private pier. we did not get to utilize the kayaks or bikes but definitely will boom a longer trip next time. This home is a 1minute walk from the more tourist side of Hopkins, including more "resort style" restaurants. Food at the Barracuda next door was incredible. Trues local Hopkins is just a 20minute walk away with great store and vendor options! Can't wait until we can visit again.

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay ever! The location was beautiful and breathtaking, ocean out our front door. Hospitality by Kimberly was great, quiet beach and beautiful. Amazing!

Karen's home in Sittee Point was a fantastic spot for my family to have down time at the beginning and end of our days. Very well located just outside of Hopkins, close enough to drive into town for meals or activity but far enough away from the main town to give us some quiet

Beatuful location and well maintained. Both private and shared outdoor space was amazing! AC kept the bedrooms a perfect temperature at night and with the bedroom doors open the rest of the place was comfortable. Great recommendations from the onsite staff for local restaurants too!

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

What a wonderful stay in Belize. Although the property is 2.5hrs away from the international airport, it was WELL WORTH the drive to the beautiful and peaceful peninsula. Be sure to get exact location (AirBnb 'get directions' takes you 30 minutes past property). The home is BEAUTIFUL, very clean, and looks much like the listing. The pool and beachfront was nice especially for the 3yr old. Any questions we had were addressed and we were given great recommendations. If you want a massage, book Alba from Secret Jewel Spa services. Looking to fish, Nauti by Nature was bomb. And we enjoyed Monkey River. Maya Bistro (6 min away from house) saw us DAILY ... the food was delicious. If you're undecided about this property.. don't delay, BOOK TODAY!! You can thank me later. :-) 10/10 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic beach house perfect for your large family getaway. The pool is sparkling clean and refreshing. You will have your own private resort feel staying at the Moonrise Beach House. So much to do right from the property! We enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards, rinsing the beach off in the outdoor shower, then plunging in the pool. The kitchens are fully stocked to really feel at home preparing any meal. Anna and Geoff had fantastic recommendations for local spots. We recommend having a car rental to grocery shop and get around to all the adventures nearby. Book this house, you'll love your trip!

Our stay was great the host was responsive. The home is farther north on the peninsula which I knew and liked. If you like to travel inland this is a great location, it saves you many bumps and time. I will say with the store closing in Maya Beach currently you have to go to Seine Bight or Santa Cruz to find a grocery store. Hopefully the Maya Beach store will reopen soon. I would definitely stay here again. The beach was nice and great for swimming you can wade very far out, we also used the kayaks. The neighbors are friendly and it is a very quiet area. We stayed in one of the two lower suites and my only complaint is that the noise from the chairs above being scooted across the floor is horrible. They need a pad placed on the legs. We had a family of 8 staying above us 6 of the days and there was lots of noise from the chairs being moved around. It is a very loud screeching sound. Other than that we had no complaints. We look forward to staying gain.
