Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

We were delighted with our stay at Franck's. The house is very nice, clean, friendly, close to all amenities on foot, with the jacuzzi to top it all off! Franck is a considerate host, with lovely touches for our arrival, very available and full of good tips for a successful vacation! We won't hesitate to come back to his place to repeat this great vacation!

Very good stay at your place, although it was for work, I was able to enjoy the jacuzzi and the calm to rest after my days of work. Communication with you two was excellent, you are very professional hosts and passionate about your cottages. I recommend it 100% and look forward to returning with family for the holidays. A very pleasant stay in a cute little cottage. Everything is there for a pleasant stay. The bedding is extremely comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable! The exteriors are perfectly maintained and the garden is fenced, which allows children to play safely. This is the second time we've stayed with Michel and everything went very well again. The accommodation is ideally located, quiet, and close to all amenities. There are a lot of things to say about Martine and Jean-Michel's place, and all of them are good. Martine likes to please and it shows in every detail, nothing is left to chance, everything must be aesthetic and practical. The accommodation gives the impression of being at home and even more of being in your own family home, the one that has seen the parents and grandparents pass through. It's strange, and even unique. And books everywhere, for the little ones, the grown-ups, and games for rainy days. Need we say more, talk about the availability and friendliness of our hosts. Thank you .

We had a lovely stay at Viviane's who is available and very welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighborhood friendly. The house perfectly matches the decorative and is located not far from Andernos. The walled garden was much appreciated by our dog! There are also areas nearby for walks. Great. Great stay! We were 3 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Space was enough for us. The vacation residence is pedestrianized, which is very nice with children. The accommodation on site is spacious enough to ensure everyone's comfort. The heated indoor pool is a real plus off-season, the kids enjoyed it. Finally, the owner is very nice and responsive. We recommend it +++ ☺️

Beautiful home and location and we stayed in December , definitely want to return to see the vineyard in full bloom ! Lots of thought and design gone into the home , all amenities you need , even different plug adapters! Quality exceptional throughout , beds divine , views spectacular. Myself and a friend had excellent stay at Suzanne. Close to amenities (and the wedding we were attending) but peaceful. Apartment had everything we needed, we appreciated tea and snacks left. Lovely dogs and cats who greeted us. Suzanne communicated well and everything was smooth. Would visit again if I was in the area.

No complaints, everything was perfect. Very quiet, magnificent view, alone in the world!! At night when the moon lights up, you can see the stars!! And the best part, no mosquitoes…. Large, bright, clean house on one level and direct access to the pool (important when you have young children). We'll be back...

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.

A great place in Lacanau, close to the center and the beach. Cute, clean, well arranged, very well equipped and quiet home. Great host communication. I recommend it.

House well located for the activities we planned to do, halfway between the center park and walygator. Shopping mall right next door, convenient for shopping. Numerous games in the garage, wood, ping-pong, foosball, convenient for playing and preparing the barbecue at the same time. I recommend it.

Beautiful and very cozy house with a beautiful pool. Perfect setting to relax with the family, around the vines and located by car to Saint Emilion, or Pomerol for wine lovers. We had a great stay, thank you to our host Christophe for his excellent welcome and sympathy!
