Staying in Casa Gorriti for a month felt like living in a palace in the middle of the city. It was amazing! The house is an impeccable location, easily walkable through several neighborhoods. We regularly walked 20 mins to the Plaza Italia subte station to get around, but also got several Ubers/Cabify easily from our place. There are endless options of amazing restaurants nearby, and also a well stocked kitchen we used regularly. Groceries were convenient to get from many shops within 2-10 minutes walk. We took advantage of the excellent parrilla to grill as well! I worked remotely the whole time. WiFi was great, and I was able to get a comfortable setup with the desk upstairs. My favorite amenity was the rooftop terrace. We spent lots of time with our morning coffee, having lunch, or sipping wine in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who are sensitive to noise at night. You can hear the nightlife until super late most days. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

We really enjoyed the house. Very well located, had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Mercedes was a very responsive host and for sure we will be back !

Marcos The Jew how they say on paddle courts has very good attention for customers and has a Jewish jewelry shop there down the avenue there the nickname and because it's half codito. They are good people and always predisposed to the common good.

Awesome. It was big brother's house haha! Super comfortable, with functional spaces. Clean, especially kitchen bathrooms and sheets. I would definitely come back. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Spectacular location in the heart of Palermo.

The apartment is super spacious and beautiful! Stunning views! Also, bathroom, kitchen and cookware could use some upgrade to make experience more comfortable. However, it’s a great deal to find this place in middle of everything, and description does say it’s a historic building which I personally appreciate very much. Make sure to bring shampoo (it wasn’t found among the amenities). Still, giving 5 stars to the property as it makes you feel a part of Buenos Aires life and its vibe! Which in the end we are all after! Thanks to Nikolas and his sister Nina for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home!

May & Seb. The place is cute, comfortable and located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, perfect for enjoying the city. Very close are some of the most beautiful parks, such as the Rosedal, the Japanese Garden and the Planetarium, ideal for strolling and relaxing in contact with nature. Hosts are responsive and responsive to any questions or needs, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and well attended stay in a privileged area of the city.

Very private and safe. Fully stocked with everything you need. Great views from the balcony and windows. Close access to the fruit/vegetable store, kiosks, grocery store, cheese store, full service laundromats, cafes and restaurants. Super easy to catch a taxi right outside the door and drivers know the location to return you back home. I felt at home quickly during my two month stay, the time flew by. Elena was very responsive and endearing, like an old friend. Don't forget to stop at Rapanui a half block away for the best ice cream you will ever have in your life!

Very nice apartment,especially the pool!! the entrance to it was easy to access that is very good they gave💫 us good places to tour and eat rich🙂 I would only change the curtains as they do not fully cover the windows and light comes in, but the rest is excellent! thank you

The very attentive, helpful and friendly hosts, an issue arose and immediately resolved it. The house is very clean and tidy, spacious, ideal for a large family. It has everything you need in each of the spaces. A very quiet area. Highly recommended

Lindo dpto , located in a nice area. It is at the front of an avenue , it has a group stop at meters. Food houses, bars and restaurants nearby (walk away). With pool and gym included . A good choice

Great place and area. Very walkable to explore, many options for restaurants and little shops. We visited with 2 kids and had plenty of space. Apartment has a dishwasher and laundry machine which is so convenient when traveling with kids. Communication was also great.

Very nice apartment, located in a safe and quiet place, very clean and tidy, a little far from the best restaurants and bars to walk, but close to making the uber economical. The hardest bed than I'm used to. Good connectivity with public transport. The school station of the mitre train is about a block away, the metro is around 6 blocks, and buses half a block away.
