Condo vacation rentals in Belén

The condo was immaculate, loved our week visiting San Jose. So conveniently located, just 15 min from the airport and so many restaurants. The hosts are LOVELY! Wonderful communication and so helpful. Highly recommend.

My stay at this place was wonderful. I met a lot of good people and felt safe each and every day. I was able to see all of the sites by walking or Uber. It's a great location to see the city considering it location is all most downtown. And its very close to the airport and not far from San Jose.

Daniel is an awesome and hospitable host who helped us navigate through some difficulties we had with our travel to and from Costa Rica. The condo is in a beautiful complex with a lot of security and amenities. Beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. Maintenance keeps the grounds very clean as well. Definitely worth the cost, location to the highways, location to SJO, and to all the shopping malls in Santa Anna.

I love Esteban's place. The location is great which is near to some restaurants and there's also a nearby mall (Plaza Real Cariari) like 1km away. The unit itself is really nice and it has everything you would need for a long stay. It's on the 10th floor so the view outside is exceptional which is one of my favorite thing about staying there. At night, you could see San Jose with its gorgeous lights and in the morning, the luscious green landscape will greet you which is so wonderful for starting a new day. Esteban is a really great guy and constantly checks on me if everything is OK. He is really helpful and replies fast. Though he lives so far away, he made an effort to visit and welcome me on his place during my first day. He even went again to say goodbye during my last day. What a really nice guy. I highly recommend him as a host and his place as well.

This apartment is absolutely stunning!!! The pictures don't do it justice. The location is incredible, within walking distance of several delicious restaurants and the Multiplaza. The view of the city and mountains is unparalleled. If you have a chance to stay here, we highly recommend that you do!!

This apartment was the ideal location for its proximity to the airport and where we had to visit within Heredia. The apartment was super clean and efficient. The food truck park and restaurant were awesome. You really didn’t need to leave the property for anything. There was a grocery store and pharmacy and let’s not forget the Starbucks. Definitely returning again soon!

We stayed here before our flight, perfect location for the airport as well as the mall if you into shopping. Clean, secure just what we needed.

Great place! It has everything one needs for long stays. Really good location, halfway between the Airport and the capital San José. Decent internet for remote work. The host was very kind and attentive.

I honestly loved staying at the Mc Guinness family home. They are a sweet family and the place is phenomenal both for short and long stays. It is private, quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended 100%. If I had to stay again I would definitely choose them. So so so thankful!

Steven is an absolutely great host. The property is only a few minutes away from the airport, but also the City Mall or Plaza Real can be reached in a few minutes by car. We spent our last evening here and felt very comfortable!

Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

The place was fantastic for what we needed. Walkable access to many great restaurants, a small grocery store that had plenty to work with, and a gym. Well outfitted kitchen, great WiFi and smart tv. Comfy beds. It’s in a gated community with several other clusters of condos, each with their own gate & security. Be prepared to tell security you are renting an Air B&B with the info that Michael sends you every time you come in. Michael’s communication was excellent and friendly. Very great value four our family of four! I

Super clean and great location!

We had a wonderful time staying in Gabriela’s apartment, the view it’s amazing, the place was clean and comfortable. We look forward to visiting and stay here again in the future. Gabriela was a wonderful host away very helpful. Thank you again.

First let me say this, Lisbeth is absolutely awesome. She is very responsive, and was there to answer any question we had. She is very knowledgeable of the area, and gives great recommendations. I can’t say enough about her. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Now, this place reflects Lisbeth, it’s a true GEM. Everything you need, and then some. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, gym, pharmacy, and even a veterinary. The area is beautiful, and has a serine vibe. Oh, did I mention the view from the balcony, SPECTACULAR. It became our hangout spot. In nut shell, this is an absolute find. The host and the place are outstanding!

It’s not the first time I stayed there. Israel is always very friendly and flexible. It’s recommend it.

Excellent..only a few bottles of water and some sachets of coffee and sugar are nice because when you arrive there is no opportunity to buy something until afterwards..but for everything else super
