The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building is well managed and has a lovely pool and beach access. We would stay again for sure. One minor irritation was regular loud music coming from the Best Western nextdoor; however they kept it quiet before 10 am and after 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us but may bother some.

Very happy with our stay and that of our two pets. The place with clear rules so that both we and the rest of the tenants could enjoy the safe and clean facilities.

My second stay. Great place and location.

The condo was perfect for our stay as a family with young kids. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach and the pools are great. The host was responsive to messages and the unit looks exactly as pictured. If security is a concern for you the complex is very secure and well staffed, although we didnt feel unsafe at all walking around town. We had a great time!

This place was fantastic. The apartment has a great view of the ocean. Everything was clean and new. The condominium has three pools which we enjoyed until late at night. You can walk to the city center where all the shops and restaurants are. Additionally, our host was great! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely book again.

The place is very comfy! Teh deck is great place to have coffee. Pool is great and very close and we enjoyed the Beach Club access.

Shelley is an invested host! She offered accurate information about activities and restaurants. Raquel the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful arranging airport transfer and activities. The location is superb – next-door to Crocs resort so you benefit of a quiet private location and pool with a gorgeous view plus a resort style pool and amenities.

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

We had a great time in the condo. It is very comfortable, clean and secure. The decor was very nice. It had all the basic necessities and the location is perfect. The beautiful pool is right outside your door. The washer/dryer are next door. The bed is super comfy and there was tons of closet space. The best part was Josefina. She was super nice and proactive; always checking in to see if we needed anyting. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

It is a good place for couples or for families, hot water at all times and air conditioning working very well, easy access to the beach and pools, the place is very safe, clean and tidy throughout the complex. I love swimming and the exercise pool has its exclusive schedule but it's also free most of the time. The beach is perfect for walking.

Service and communication were great. The apartment was super beautiful with an amazing view.

Place is exactly as described. Community amenities are a nice touch. Pool / tennis/ gym etc. Some effort is required with staff when you are an Airbnb and not an owner. But in general they are all willing to help, just takes some time and sometimes effort.

The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed from initial booking until checkout . Both Villa's were clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities you could need . Lilliana and Jeff were very responsive to any questions we had. The location is great as it is close to Jaco as well as different grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you Lilliana for making this trip an unforgettable experience.

This place is a must stay. And I would recommend it even more if it is your first time to Costa Rica (more on this later). The house is in a private, gated community, but is well secluded and private. The pool and patio area are serene and amazing for nighttime views of an unfiltered sky surrounded by the sounds of all the animals. It is close to so many restaurants, and the beach. Chris is an amazing host (he is the key for a first time to Costa Rica) He was in constant contact about places to go, things to do, and what makes them great. With his guidance we were able to have an incredible week filled with amazing food, sunsets and as much Costa Rican culture as we could fit it. And all of it is located within a few miles of the house (much of it walkable if you’re so inclined). Definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay close to beach. Home had everything we needed. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

The host (Marlon) was very responsive and was there when we arrived to welcome us with a high class. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in each of the 3 bedrooms. There are also three standing fans. The pool of the complex near the accommodation with several pools and layout is lovely. We would recommend it without hesitation. If we have a chance, we will come back.

Excellent place, very good organized and excellent communication only in the charger for electric car the connector 220v is different but we use the washing machine and I work perfect
