Absolutely stunning home in an equally stunning location. Pretty much everything we needed to walk right in and enjoy. Grabbed groceries on the way and the kitchen was really well fitted out with everything we needed to get cooking. Comfy beds and everything was clean. Pity we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic time at Aroona, the location and views are stunning and the house is clean, bright and comfortable with a pretty garden. The area is very peaceful with great wildlife and natural beauty. The well equipped kitchen was particularly appreciated as you are a fair distance from the nearest towns. I would definitely come back again.

This property is in a quiet, rural and accessible to Pambula River location. The house is great for a family to share a space without feeling on top of each other. WE enjoyed being able to access Broadwater and the river to fish but also be able to get in to Pambula with a short drive. The shed is well built and in winter very warm.

Beautiful spot incredibly close to both restaurants and beaches, with middle beach directly on the other side of the hill. Very neat and tidy, comfortable, a little worn (beds a bit creaky and uneven) but no issues! There is a large staircase centrally in the lounge area which I assume is connected to downstairs residence and there is no barrier between the two which was unnerving but didn’t prove to be an issue at all. Kerri sent a few long introductory messages which had all the information we needed and on top of this there was a visitors book. We were asked to strip beds etc which wasn’t an issue but with paying a cleaning fee may rub some up the wrong way so good to know ahead of time. No off street parking. But overall such a beautiful place to stay and we are very grateful! Just some information that I often find useful to know 😊 thank you for having us Kerri!

Amazing stay, the place location is great for walking distance to town and short point. The place is nice and worthy few days stay here.

The home was great for our needs: very short walk to the lake and beach, quick trip to the supermarket and walks, and a nice quiet pocket in Merimbula. Comfortable, well appointed space - with some much appreciated chocolates and wine on our arrival!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Whale Tail in Pambula Beach. The cottage was very fresh and comfortable with a second little lounge area great for the teenage kids. We took a little projector so they were able to watch their own movies using the wifi. Beds super comfortable. We saw kangaroos in the yard every morning (so be aware of that if you take your dog). It was a short walk down steps at the end of the street to the beach (via a bit of road), the beautiful river mouth, what a great location. We were there early December and hardly anyone there. Took the paddleboards and it was perfect. Dog beaches were great and everyone was friendly. We cooked most mornings and evenings and had everything we needed. Handwashed most of the time rather than using dishwasher so we had crockery and cutlery at hand when we needed them. Must do's are the river mouth, surf beach walk, Longstocking Brewery and village, Sunny's Cafe, Panboola, the Merimbula Boardwalk and a drive up to Bournda Lagoon.

The stay was exactly as pictured and described and great value for money! we had a wonderful time :) The kids loved the pool and the accommodation had everything we needed. Was in a really nice, walkable location - very kid friendly.

This stay was absolutely divine, GREAT location (actually incredible location) walking distance to shops and to Merimbula lake. Don't be turned off as in complex, it is SO incredibly quiet and private. Doesn't even feel like you have neighbours. We loved the finishing touches (including sea shell door stops!). It gave off an incredibly warm industrial feel with a touch of coastal vibes. We LOVED the shower head (where did you get it from?!) it was like a mist of water from the heavens above! Thank you for being SO accomodating, after a huge drive (from Bondi) it was incredible to come to a home with some treats in the fridge and some fresh juice. Honesty so appreciative. An incredible host, space and location. An absolute MUST for visiting Merimbula. Be sure to make use of the paddle boards (yes, they are included in the stay and free to use!!) and take Lee's recommendations on restaurants (or favourite was Kitty's!). Will be back. Accommodation could not fault, quiet are on the edge of town but still only a short walk into the town. Would highly recommend.

Everything was easy from our initial enquiry through to checkout. All Communications were answered very promptly & very politely. The apartment lived up to all of our expectations. It was beautifully clean & comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen & laundry. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best thing was waking up to the view over the estuary each morning or sitting on the deck with a drink in the afternoon with the cool sea breeze drifting over us. The town & beach are a very easy walk away as is the local boardwalk, which is well worth doing. Try the cafe at the end of the boardwalk. Thanks Ree, it was a great holiday.

Perfect for families, beach is 1 minute walk and the fish pen area has all you need for a brief stay. Plus Sunnys kiosk, just a short drive has the best oysters and vibe in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's unit. It was spacious, comfortable and had lots of added features to make our stay enjoyable. The barbecue area was a bonus. A lovely area to relax in. Laundry facilities also an extra bonus. Having laundry detergent and pegs was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect. An easy flat walk to town or beach. Would recommend staying at Lisa's. Maddison and Tony's place is just perfect! With Merimbula's iconic boardwalk on your doorstep, you are literally in the middle of paradise! The space is tastefully furnished, with two large bedrooms that were very comfortable for a family of 4. The convenience of being able to walk along the boardwalk in the morning to get a delicious coffee at Sunny's kiosk was magic, sometimes spotting a couple of kangaroos along the way. Communication with Maddison and Tony was effortless and easy - they are amazing hosts! Can't recommend this place more!!

We had a lovely stay at Kangarutha cottage. The hosts were very helpful and answered our questions very quickly. The cottage is only a short distance to Tathra. The cottage was spotless, our lovely hosts prepared the fire for our arrival and also provided board games, books and movies to enjoy. The location is quiet and peaceful. We will stay again.

Sarah's cottage at the River, Kiah was a blissful, tranquil, private, romantic and all-round perfect nature getaway -- just what the doctor ordered! The beautiful cabin is designed with the gorgeous property surrounds in mind -- we were relaxed from the moment we arrived. The perfect place to wind down, switch off, enjoy the view and amazing birdsong, walk, meditate or simply read and relax. An incredibly peaceful getaway and much-needed couple of days of rejuvenating in nature. Sarah was the perfect host -- she was proactive, helpful and made everything easy, while ensuring our complete peace and privacy. The cabin itself was clean and bright, stocked with tea/coffee goodies and a couple of extra treats. Its glass frontage makes the most of the stunning view... and wow, sitting on the patio on a sparkling sunshower! Loved every moment of this trip and can't recommend Sarah's place highly enough.

We loved staying at Dinah's place and it was perfect for a multi generational family holiday. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, beautiful gardens and backyard, appreciated the high chair and portacot......and dog friendly! Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've visited. Dinah is very friendly and a great host. Would stay again. Thank you.

Sarah's home was beautiful and very cosy. It was a great home base for being close to lots of great beaches and towns. She gave us advice on great places to eat as well as some beaches and walks. Sarah checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and we were very lucky to get to try some of her home grown olives and macadamia nuts which were both delicious! Her dogs are all so well trained and very friendly (even with young kids).
