Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bedford County

my friends and i were snowed in during our stay. cody personally plowed the road the airbnb is on to make sure we were able to leave at check out without issue. absolutely loved our stay at this house during the snow storm!

Really lovely roundhouse in a beautiful location near cute town of Bedford. Well stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished, and cozy but not small. Very private feeling even though close to other roundhouses.

This was one of the best places we have stayed and I'm so glad they use essential oils for air fresheners!!! I would 100% recommend this place

The place was amazing! Fully stocked with toiletries, kitchen appliances and games! Host were very responsive and gave great recommendations. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The town is small but nice to explore would 100% book again!

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.

This Airbnb is fantastic! Our friend group wanted to have a cozy getaway, and this place checked all our boxes for what we wanted to have. Once we arrived, we didn’t have to leave the property once, why would we? We had access to a hot tub, firepit, cozy area for TV/movies, and plenty of beds! The hosts were responsive and helpful - both prior to and during our stay. You can tell they cherish giving larger groups/families an affordable, comfortable place to gather and have a great time. The place is stocked with everything you need, and I definitely look forward to returning one day.

This cozy apartment is perfect for a mental vacation. The house was very clean, and it had a beautiful aesthetic to it. The host was incredible, and I would 10/10 stay here again!

Kevin hosts with care. He went out of the way to accommodate our traveling infant and our desperate needs in the wake of a car emergency. The place is comfortable, immaculate, and conveniently located off several interstate highways by a beautiful country road. We felt right at home and had all the privacy we desired and all the fun with the snow sleds on the backyard slope. Will stay with his family again next time we're in the area.

Jeanette’s little condo on the mountain was an absolutely perfect couples getaway. The size of the place was perfect for two people. It was well equipped through and through and had a little bit of everything that you might need. We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen was well equipped and I loved the dishes and silverware. The condo was very cute and well decorated. Even though the wood burning fireplace didn’t work, we really appreciated the electric stand in. The one downsize is the size of the hot water heater. Make sure to take quick showers! You do not want to experience running out of hot water. If there is ever an opportunity for an upgrade, I would recommend an instant hot water heater to be added. Jeanette was very hospitable and responsive. The instructions on how to get to the home and access the home were very clear. The slopes were not open yet, but Blue Knob was still a winter wonderland. Judy was a great host, we stayed for over a month and had a great time. Apartment is clean,comfy, and nicely appointed. Every thing you need. Excellent communication and helpful insights from Judy, glad we stayed and thankful for the place!

Judy's AirBnB was cozy, clean and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a long weekend away. We had the opportunity to do some exploring in the area . . . Flight 93 Memorial, Quecreek Mine Rescue site, Horseshoe Curve, Gallitzen tunnels and the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona . . . everything within an hour's drive (with beautiful scenery!). We enjoyed the on-site Clubhouse (great service, food and drinks, reasonably priced) and a relaxing dip in the indoor pool. Peggy's Diner, in Claysburg, offers a great breakfast and daily specials. We met so many wonderful people and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would recommend Jydy's place for a couple's weekend away . . . it easily makes our list of "return to" places. Judy provided all the information we needed for our stay. . . no need for any additional contact, because everything was just as presented and everything went well (no problems!).. We had a great stay at the Red Cabin! It is in a peaceful and scenic location, which provided the perfect retreat from the busyness of everyday life. My kids are teens and college-age, and they had fun staying in the upstairs loft together. The cabin itself was very clean, cozy, and stylishly decorated with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we enjoyed cooking meals on the grill and inside too, while taking in the beautiful views from the deck. The hot tub was a fun way to relax while enjoying the mountains and trees, and we also enjoyed the fire pit. Rhoda was kind and responsive and communicated quickly, which we appreciated so much. We ventured into a nearby town - Berkeley Springs - and had fun exploring their museum, hot spring baths, and antique shop.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Large living space, great showers, every bedroom has its own bathroom, technology like tv and wifi all worked perfectly. The hot tub was lovely, the location is beautiful nestled in the hills. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was more stocked than most airbnbs. Jamie was a great communicator, very responsive and kind. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet that the cabin offered. It was fairly close to the places of interest. Perfect place for 2 people. We would stay there again.
