Cj was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! Beautiful house filled with so much to do, pictures don’t do it justice.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious lakefront home! The lake was perfect for swimming, and we spent hours each day enjoying the water. The well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook meals for our group of 9, and the location was ideal—just 10 minutes from grocery stores. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

It's exactly what we expected based on pics and reviews. We traveled during winter so many ammenities were not available, but price was adjusted to reflect that. Gorgeous design, textures, and attention to detail. Felt a lot like home to us. The driveway is steep, but doable. The only notes I have.....a garment rack in the master bedroom would have been helpful as most closet doors are locked. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

We frequently travel as a large group and are used to splitting up due to our size, so finding a place that can accommodate all of us is a challenge. Melanie and Thomas went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. With 17 of us staying under one roof, you’d never guess there were so many—it was that spacious! The house is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen essentials to speakers and pool toys. Melanie and Thomas are truly the most kind and welcoming hosts we’ve ever encountered. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—just book it! Next time, we’re definitely staying for at least three nights because we weren’t ready to leave!

Helen’s place was exactly as pictured plus many more lovely additions in terms of available supplies and even food items! Helen emphasized how everything in the apartment was for myself and guest to use, making us feel right at home and very welcomed. Parking is easy and steps from the main entrance of the unit. This is a very spacious place with comfy beds while also being only a short distance from the bustle of downtown Halifax!

My sister and I treated each other to a holiday sleepover in the woods and it was perfect. The sauna was the best part, but everything was lovely. Will absolutely come back.

This was a really stress free stay, Matthew went out of his way to make it feel like home, and was always helpful. Even brought a stroller for my toddler to play with. He was helpful and gave suggestions of things to do around town. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again when I travel to Halifax again.

Ashley is a warm and welcoming host and the space reflects that! Very comfortable with everything you need to cook, relax, and rest. It matched the description to a tee and then some! It is immaculate without being stuffy, the beds are so comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the unit is blissfully quiet at night. The neighborhood is terrific and Ashley provides parking that is safe and convenient to the entry. The location is central to both downtown and the Dalhousie/King’s College campus. We walked to both multiple times. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Ashley!

We stayed at Anni's place for just over 2 weeks waiting for our home we purchased to close. Anni and her husband were amazing hosts. Very accommodating and responded to messages right away. Space was very clean and a nice open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. Loved having the wood stove going in the evening while relaxing in the living room. Would highly recommend for a short or extended stay.

Very spacious for family activities, with cozy quiet spaces also. Large, well stocked kitchen great for the holidays.

I truly believe we found this incredible home and hosts through greater powers guiding us during a challenging time. We needed a place close to the hospital with free parking, and this home was perfect- just a 5 minute drive away. The hosts were beyond accomodating, always ready to help and answer our questions. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference, even ensuring the driveway was shoveled and salted, which was such a relief. The home itself was immaculate and beautiful. During such a stressful time, having a peaceful welcoming space to return to brought us so much comfort. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt like a sanctuary. We can not thank you enough for making a difficult situation easier. If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay, this is it- convenient, comfortable, and hosted by truly wonderful people. It was great, clean, beds were comfy. Easy to find. Dog was friendly, there was a friendly orange kitty outside our window all evening.

My partner and I had the most pleasant experience at the Secret Beach House! 🥰 The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel homely. The cozy vibes and the little touches made the space special. Everything from the comfy bed to the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for a relaxing getaway! The view was absolutely stunning!! Couldn’t have asked for a better view to be paired with the occasion! The communication with Courtenay was top-notch; they were super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall it was such a wholesome experience from the stunning place to the communication with the host! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful retreat. Can't wait to come back! ☺️

I can never say enough about Geordie’s place! This was our second year here and when walking back through the doors it just felt like walking into “home”. The kids call Geordie’s place our “East Coast Home” and I couldn’t agree more! Always clean, great layout, comfortable and inviting. Close to the highway to get anywhere you need and all amenities within a short drive! Quite area with very little traffic. We absolutely loved our trip once again this summer ! Thanks Geordie! We’ll be back! :)

We spent a fantastic weekend here! The place is absolutely stunning, and the hot tub and sauna were certainly a highlight! highly recommend the short walk to see a sunrise by the ocean. Randy was very responsive and friendly, would certainly stay again.

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!
