The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. A great place in a great spot. We visited at the end of December so it wasn’t an ideal time to use the awesome backyard and walk the neighborhood but we enjoyed what we could and it’s probably incredible in the warmer months. Kal was responsive and super helpful. The kids enjoyed having a separate area (as did the adults!). We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, small house yet spacious. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and appreciated all the amenities. It had everything we needed. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood and easy access to other areas such as grocery stores, downtown, etc. Only comment would be to adjust the curtains in the main living room/dining area. We had to adjust the temperature level often because it got to chilly in the morning but curtains were touching heaters (couldn't find a way to keep them up) and we didn't want to leave them that way overnight. Otherwise, I would recommend booking at this location.

Perfect Executive Cottage with Waterfront Access! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is spacious and luxurious, with an open-concept layout and amazing high ceilings in the living room that made it feel even more grand and inviting. It was the perfect blend of an upscale executive retreat and a cozy waterfront cottage. The entire place was impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could ask for—everything from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind. The host was extremely thoughtful and accommodating, allowing us full access to all the amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They were also very responsive, providing toys for the kids and anything else we requested, making sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this property enough! Whether you're looking for a place to work remotely or simply want a relaxing weekend getaway, this home offers the best of both worlds!

My child has OCD. Clean matters very much. We all noticed that it looked and smelled very clean. Courtney was very responsive and helpful. We were staying due to allergies to pets at relative's home and this was 2 to 3 blocks from family and so close to every amenity. We wished to stay longer and Courtney worked with us but unfortunately a late ice storm made that impossible. She was kind and very helpful. We would definitely stay again. We have discussed renting this for family at a future wedding. I was so pleased to stay in Renfrew instead of an hour away in Ottawa as we had previously. This was a great choice. The only thing we missed was an in unit washer and dryer but we managed to make do since it was only around 5 days. This Airbnb is a good value and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

This beautifully appointed home was a perfect getaway. The peaceful lake with no cottages on the far side was clean and great for boating or swimming right off the dock. We enjoyed loons, herons, owls and a bunny. We hiked at Gould lake, swam, fished from the rowboat, had a campfire and watched stars from zero gravity chairs with no light pollution. A wonderful stay! We spent one day at Brad’s place to celebrate a birthday. Brad took the time to decorate the place for when we arrived! Very thoughtful and appreciated by the birthday girl! Spacious living area, great island to prep food and mingle. Gorgeous view of the lake. Very close to the village of Westport where you will find little stores and restaurants. Brad was quickly available by phone and email when we had questions. Great place, do not hesitate to book it!

Lots of space inside, huge lawn area, great deck and a sunroom. Check out was 11:00 AM on our last day. We were deer hunting and one of my friends shot at a deer. It turned out that he missed, but we spent a lot of time searching the area for signs of a hit. We were not able to clean out the rental until 1:00 PM. Joe was very gracious and understood our situation. We offered to pay an additional fee if necessary. Joe advised that would not be needed. Joe had also allowed us to check in a few hours early on the first day as the house was already prepared for us. Great rental home and a great host !!!!
