Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Becker County

We felt right at home at Erich and Cari's beautiful lakeside home! The sunsets were incredible, the views were peaceful, and the home was cozy yet spacious. It had everything we needed and more, and I wish we had more time there! I would go back any time. Erich and Cari were highly communicative and left helpful instructions and recommendations. What a lovely place!

We had a great time at Sand Lake. The house had some nice renovations, and we had a very peaceful stay. Can't wait to go back.

I appreciate the use of kayaks and the willingness to have our jet ski at this cabin. The water is extremely clear and it’s a beautiful view from the shore. We had a great family weekend at the cabin.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at this property as a base for visiting the trolls in nearby Detroit Lakes. The rooms were very large and the spaces were not cluttered with breakable decorative objects which was nice for traveling with toddlers. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals even including a crockpot! The coffee cupboard was a really nice touch with multiple options for brewing coffee. We appreciated the games, books and puzzles to entertain ourselves and did not miss a tv at all. The Wi-Fi worked great if you wanted to stream on your devices.

This home totally fulfilled our wishes for our girls’ weekend! We could not have asked for a nicer place in a beautiful winter setting and so close to Detroit Lakes and Mountain. Like the rest of the reviews state, it looked just like the pictures. It slept all of us very comfortably with great beds and bedding. The kitchen was amazing and supplied very well with utensils, dishes, silverware and small appliances. Beautiful dining/sunroom and open concept plan for our games and conversations. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and towels throughout the house. The host was very prompt in responses. Overall, wonderful accommodation and we would certainly rent again!

We loved our stay, had an amazing time, and would go again! Everything you could need was there for cooking, playing games, paddle boarding, hanging out in the water, etc. Paul was amazing to work with & communicated very quickly. The only downfall was that the listing/photos did not disclose that there was no direct access from the hallway to the third bedroom. You had to walk through either of the other two bedrooms. This made it a little awkward for three couples to stay in the house. One of the couples ended up sleeping on the pull-out couch downstairs. But do not let those things stop you from staying at this place. We made amazing memories playing cards on the deck, grilling steak, using the paddle boards/lilly pad to hand out in the water, sitting at the fire and so much more! I would highly recommend staying here.

Can’t say enough positive and wonderful things about my quick stay @ D&W. Such a thoughtful, fun, cute, cozy, and BEAUTIFUL stay. Got in the sauna when it was -20, inside we got er’ up to 200. It was SO fun. Beautiful stars at night, gorgeous, quiet scenery. Kyler gave us a tour of his animals & it’s clear he’s here taking care of the land and animals for a reason. Such a great host & caretaker. Extremely responsive, no issues finding the cabin or getting in. Can’t wait to come back. Felt very private & secluded yet if I needed something Kyler was right there if I needed. Awesome get away.

The cablet was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained. The scenery and view were amazing. Sarah was super and told me I could stay til noon. I will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a place that is beautiful and has lots of room to spread out, this one is for you. Our large family gathered here for a fun filled family vacation. We loved loved loved the hot tub! It ended up being a cooler weekend so it was perfect. We rented a jet ski from a place in Detroit Lakes to add to the fun. All of the outdoor levels were wonderful! Also, there was a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom! I highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed staying at Saronna's place. She was an attentive host and we felt prepared to not only find and access the cabin but also to get in. The Cabin is perfect and has so much outdoor space to enjoy! We definitely want to come back to this hidden gem.

My family and I loved staying here! My daughter searched for snail shells along the shoreline and jumped into the water off the dock, and my son played with his toys in the grass and generally followed his sister around. My husband and I enjoyed the sounds of the lake and the clean accommodations while they played, and relaxing when they went to sleep.

Charming cabin right on the lake. Our family loved being on the water and enjoying the patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a perfect weekend retreat space with best friends. The lake is clear, the cabin was so homey and it’s close to Detroit Lakes for all your needs.

James and Kayla couldn’t be better hosts! They were so kind, caring and accommodating. The house was fabulous and activities on the lake were so great for the kids! Lots of family fun and quality down time. We will absolutely be back.
