Had to book quickly at the last minute, Megan was very accommodating and quickly responsive. Place was clean, easy to access.

Tamra’s place was exactly what we were looking for. We felt at home as soon as we walked inside. I appreciated all the little touches that had been provided. We would love to stay again. It meant a lot to us that we could bring our dog and have a secure outdoor area for him.

Great spot downtown with plenty around in walking distance. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and none of us were ready to check out. Never had to reach out to the host—he provided all the necessary info before we checked in. We enjoyed our stay!

Leah is kind and very responsive. While the neighborhood and area is questionable, the location is convenient. When I stepped inside, it felt very cozy and warm. It is definitely a steal for the price. You might want to bring laundry detergent as it is not provided. However, here are hygiene products provided as well as a fan which was greatly appreciated!!! I would stay here again without a doubt!

Mark and April's bungalow was a perfect place to stay in Yellow Springs! We loved being walking distance to downtown in a nice quiet setting. Comfortable and clean, and great kitchen amenities provided. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice treat. Definitely would stay again!

We loved this cozy little apartment! We were in town for a show at the Murphy Theatre just half a block away, very convenient. Everything was perfect, and we instantly felt right at home. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definintely stay here again.

Having experienced numerous Airbnb properties before, we can say with certainty that this house stands in a league of its own - it truly felt like our home away from home. The love and consideration Beth invested in every corner of this house radiates throughout. From the premium washing machines to the carefully selected amenities, everything speaks of genuine care and hospitality. It's clear that Beth has shared with us the same high-quality items her cherish in daily life, rather than furnishing the space with afterthoughts. Reading through the heartfelt messages in the guestbook in the sitting area, we completely understand why every guest promises to return. We're adding our names to that growing list of families who have found not just a place to stay, but a home to return to. This home has now become part of our precious memories for our traditional annual family trip.

This was JUST what we needed for visiting family in the Dayton area. The house has a large table in the kitchen area, perfect for meals and games. There was plenty of pots and pans and other supplies for cooking. We did not get to use any of the outdoor area because it rained the entire time that we were there, but the HUGE TV in the living room helped pass some of the time. All three bedrooms had everything that you need for a quick visit or a longer stay. There were a handful of things that need a little work (the towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall, but we were able to make it work) or were a little quirky (the lights for the bedrooms are behind the barn doors). But overall this was a great place to stay and a great value. Oh and the washer and dryer allowed us to travel with less clothing. We did not have to reach out to the host for anything.

This is the second place I have stayed with this host. The home was perfect and the host is so easy to communicate with. we forgot a few items and he let me know right away.

The place was perfect for our needs -- two bathrooms, very pet-friendly, fenced-in yard, well-kept, secure and reasonable rate. Fairly minimalist interior, but that was just fine for us. The neighborhood is not great but it was what we expected and the house is quite secure so we never felt any safety concern. Would stay here again and Jacob was a great host.

Shelly’s house was perfect for the two of us. The house is very clean and the parking is easy. The front porch is covered, which is perfect for snowy days! The heater works great - it will run you out of the house if you set it too warm. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Jeff and Jozlyn went above and beyond in their communication during our stay to ensure all was good and if we had any problems or issues with their accommodations, checking in on us throughout our stay. Their place was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect for our needs. And we appreciated that their place was well-stocked with all the needed amenities! Thanks to them for helping us enjoy our graduation trip to Ohio!

I always try to stay at this house in one of the two units when I come in town. It is always clean, and super convenient to WEC. The place is quiet, the neighborhood feels safe and I always feel right at home!
