Cabin vacation rentals in Beaver

The house had a very good set up for a large family with a whole downstairs area with multiple bunkbeds and couches that we could give to the kids. Any question I had was immediately responded to.

The cabin is lovely. Great kitchen, cozy, and open. My family and I had an awesome time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Dan is great on communication and was very accommodating. The hot tub does not work, that was our only concern. Additionally, I don't think the cabin is ski in/ski out. Maybe I am unfamiliar with the mountain (This was my first time to Eagle Point) but we got to the mountain by walking up the driveway, down the road, a little up the main road and down the parking lot to get to the lodge and chairlifts. Thank you Dan for being a great host though!

Great home, wonderful location. This was the second time we stayed and it didn’t disappoint. Had fun skiing and this location is close to the lodge.

It certainly beats the crowds at hotels in Bryce / Zion. Very quiet. Great star viewing spot. Very nicely furnished. Functional and comfortable for the right price!

We had an amazing stay! The views from the cabin are incredible. It’s super close to town and 15 minutes away from even more restaurants and things to do. Shaun provided detailed instructions for the cabin and recommendations for what to do while in town. The property is very private and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at the cabin. It was beautiful and spacious and provided everything we needed. We especially loved the big kitchen and the separate upstairs and downstairs. The kids were able to have their own space and everyone was able to relax. Couple of things to note: -the nearest real grocery store is about 35 miles away so come with groceries already packed or stop beforehand, the restaurants nearby close pretty early so it's best to be prepared. (Aunt Sue's Chalet which is local has amazing breakfasts and is a good place to get a quick bite. ) -Bryce Canyon and Zion are about an hour or so drive

Stayed 3 days for a girls trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Beautiful place to stay. The hot tub, grill and stars were a fantastic way to end the days. Would recommend to anyone!

Jennifer was probably the most helpful host I have worked with on Airbnb. She was responsive, communicative, checked in on a day to day basis with my party and was very accommodating. The location is just about as perfect as you can get. If you’re coming for the National Parks, it’s hard to beat it. No more than an hour and 10 minutes from the Zion Visitor center, and about 45 minutes away from Bryce Canyon. The house itself is beautiful, with an amazing downstairs area separate from the main building with lots of activities and a TV. As Jennifer recommends, have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. It snowed when we were there, which caused a lot of mud. We could’ve easily gotten stuck had we not had an AWD vehicle. Enjoy the home, enjoy the peace and quiet, and enjoy the beautiful state that Utah is.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The location and surroundings are so beautiful, and you will never want to leave this cabin. Lots of games and activities and amazing touches to the cabin that make you feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% book again!

Stayed here for 4 days and the stay was amazing, very calm and peaceful stay. The host was super friendly and responsive although we had so much questions, I would highly recommend to stay here ! The only con for us was having a van with no snow chains and getting stuck but nothing that had to do with this Airbnb! Thankyou for letting us have this amazing opportunity, we look forward to visiting again!

we loved our stay at the ladder Haus. we loved that the ski slope is right out the back door. A perfect ski in ski out! we loved the cabin feel and the space to sleep our group.

We enjoyed our stay at Falisha"s place. it was well situated for the national parks we wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable and the whole house was clean. It had snowed before we got there so our 4 wheel drive vehicle was a necessity on the driveway. We picked up groceries in Panguitch before we got to the house because there isn't a grocery store close to the cabin. We felt right at home

Great location, close to the slopes. The cottage has a nice large snow play area on the side for the kids to hang out. There was 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids, the place is a bit small for party of 5 but we didn’t mind since we were mostly on the slopes so it worked out. The location is really close to giant steps and Navajo express, the linens were clean and smelled fresh which I really appreciate. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Kimberly was amazing on communicating. Easy check in and out. We will definitely stay here again.

We have decided this is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Christina is an amazing host and so responsive to any questions we had. She let us know about incoming inclement weather, and advice on recreational activities nearby. The kitchen has everything we needed to make family meals each day. This neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful during the winter and from every window you see trees and sky. This is an exceptional house, with plenty of room, and has everything you need to make lifelong memories.

Beautiful cabin was exactly what we wanted. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy. We loved that it was a little secluded and quiet. It gave us a chance to bird watch. It’s a quick drive to the Brian Head ski resort, which we loved. It’s was a fantastic spring break with the kids. We definitely enjoyed the games and puzzles provided. Thank you so much!

Heathers place was absolutely amazing! The house has everything you might need , it’s super clean, spacious and has lots of entertainment! The kids had a great time, they loved the bunk beds and having the basement to themselves. Our group of 12 had a great time and felt just like at home. We highly recommend and would love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved skiing back to cabin for lunch and eating on the patio surrounded by the trees- beautiful setting. The family room was a great size with plenty of seating for hanging out, playing games and watching a movie. The hot tub was super clean and also has amazing views! I usually don’t go in hot tubs at hotel or rentals, but I did go in this one. It was a real treat after a day on the mountain. The whole place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our young adult children loved the beautiful upstairs space and the view through all the windows in their bedrooms. Thank you for sharing your cozy place with us! It was perfect for our family and we’d definitely come back! :)

Perfect place for us to spend a couple of days exploring in and around Escalante. Cabin was cozy, good mattresses, nice shower.
