Vacation rentals in Beaver Township

Our extended family stayed at Bailey's place over Thanksgiving while visiting my mother at Concordia Lutheran home. There were 5 of us; two couples and a single. The home was clean and well-furnished with linens and towels. The kitchen was simply equipped; however, it was very sufficient for our needs and had space for our family to eat together. The driveway is steep and sits on a bend. While there was little traffic on Sarver Road, we found it not safe for making a left hand turn onto the road or a right turn onto the driveway. Also, if using the two rooms that contain a twin bed in each, keep in mind there is no privacy between the two rooms and if you are staying in the back twin room, you must walk through the front twin room. We did not use that room, so it did not deter our stay. Lastly, there are two small living spaces as opposed to one large. This was also not inconvenient for our party of 5, but there is only a couch and love seat.

Matt’s place was perfect for my family and I we enjoyed the privacy while being close to everything we were there to do! Very responsive and made us feel at home will definitely stay again in the future.

I'd give it 5 stars. Great space, lots of room for our whole family to spend Thanksgiving together. Large kitchen/dining room area. Cozy living room where we could all gather. Many bedrooms. 3 bathrooms- one was new with a huge shower. Host was responsive. Enjoyed the snow in the morning and some outside time around the lake and in the yard. We hiked at Goddard State Park which was lovely. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return again!

This was a good find for us for our twice/year visits to the area. Had everything we needed and served our purpose perfectly. We already booked our return stay in April

The cabin was on the river and had a very nice yard that sloped right down to the water. It was November and we did fish a little but were unlucky. I would definitely rent this in the summer just to play in the water. There was fire wood and a great fire pit. The deck and furniture were excellent. The cabin was spotless and had amenities that I did not expect--dish soap, kitchen towels, washer, dryer. etc. The only possible negative comment is that the sitting area was combined with the kitchen so the TVs were located in the bedrooms. This would have been fine had it been more than my husband and I. We usually travel with family and never turn on a TV. The host, Erwin, communicated well and made sure we could contact him at any time with any questions. I would rent again from him with confidence.

Spent the weekend at this beautiful home for a wedding nearby and wished we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy the home! The inside was perfect and had everything (and more) that we needed. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing right on the creek. Will definitely book again if we find ourselves in the area!

Second stay with Raymond. Again in a great building, this studio is roomy and well appointed. Comfy bedding and a large bathroom too. Very easy entry and good communications for any questions. Thanks again for hosting me.

Great stay, very clean. They do have in house washer and dryer! Host was very friendly and responsive. loved the hot tub, would stay again and recommend to others! Thank you Robin!!
