This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

We were in the are for my mother in law's birthday celebration. We needed a home that could accommodate our family. There was plenty of room. Prasanna was very easy to communicate with. All in all a great stay and we would stay there again if the need arose.

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

Suzanne's newly renovated townhouse is perfect for a short or long stay. Beautifully redone and lots of space for a larger family. Suzanne accommodated me and my son for a last minute ski get-a-way and was proactive in giving us a later checkout so we could enjoy the mountain without rushing out in the morning. Highly recommend and we'll be back!!

We had a great stay on the lake. The property is perfect for a family, group or couple. The water access is amazing. The outdoor grill and flat top stove allowed us to have dinners outside with phenomenal views. The communication with the owners was awesome. We brought our kids and had a great time.

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

We were very satisfied with the house, good location, clean, great host, beautiful surroundings, good for pets, had everything we needed! Be aware that there are 3 houses on the property so you are sharing the very large yard which can be good for teams and families but you may not want. We were lucky to have a nice family across from us. Highly recommend!

We went to Cooperstown for my hubbys 40th. This home is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown and we were really happy for the privacy and comfort of a home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the equipment and utensils etc were is wonderful shape and made cooking feel at home. The home was very comfortable for our family of four which included an infant- she slept well in the provided travel crib which we really appreciated. Dave was very responsive. We recommend this lovely well equipped home for your travel!

Our stay at William’s Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, William was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Anytime we had a question about the house, he provided clear and prompt answers, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The house itself is absolutely stunning. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every corner of it. One of the highlights was the on-site grills, perfect for anyone who enjoys grilling. The WiFi was impressively fast, which was a great bonus. The master bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, providing a perfect retreat for those seeking privacy and comfort. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of open green spaces perfect for fun activities. As a family that owns electric vehicles, we were delighted to learn that there is a charger just 5 minutes away, making it very convenient for us. We had a beautiful stay at Celeste‘s place. We have stayed multiple times and it’s always great. We were there to celebrate with my son at SUNY Cortland. The place was spotless and perfect for our family and our little dog. We plan on staying again soon.

We loved the property. It was beautiful and private. We enjoyed the fire pit and had a campfire each night! We saw deer and wild turkeys on the property. The house was perfect for the 10 of us.
