Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Beaver County

We have stayed in a few of Zach’s houses. They are always cozy and welcoming. They are well-lit and are always clean. Zach is fantastic at responding and taking care of any concerns or issues (which have been minimal) each time we stay at one of his properties. Will recommend his homes to others and will be back as many times as he allows us.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean and as described. Very easy to check in and out. Only downfall is the unit above seems to be a rental as well. Had kids running around late at night while trying to sleep. Over all very great 👍

We had a lovely stay at Zach and Ellie’s place . We only stayed a night but everything was great . Older teens loved their room being on another level . Nice living space with large smart TV . Overall great stay that worked well as a night stop on a long drive 😊

This lovely cottage was perfect for our meeting-packed weekend. It was so easy to hop on major highways to head north into Butler County and also into Pittsburgh. We loved the peaceful grounds and roads to walk our dog.

Jonathan's place was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. It felt like we were visiting family. The porch string lights were on and when we walked into the door, a large welcome sign with amenities, the electric fireplace was on and music playing on the TV. The location was perfect. Stores and restaurants were close by and a nice hot tub. Every single thing we could've needed was supplied. Even dog treats! It was a nice stay.

Brianne’s location was a wonderful retreat for our large family (12 in all). The open floorplan provided continual interaction during extended meal prep and clean up while the bedrooms mixed necessary privacy with sufficient beds for all. The themed rooms added an additional flair while the small play area in the backyard provided memorable moments for grandchildren and grandparents alike. Would definitely book again.

This is a very beautiful spacious log cabin house in a quiet neighborhood in the hills, a classic upscale AirBnB. Everything is very new and high quality. Our party of 9 adults fit very comfortably in the five -bedroom, three-bath house. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean, as one expects in a shoes-off home. We had an excellent experience and look forward to staying there again. Although the post office says it is in Baden, a gritty post-industrial town on the Ohio River, it is really up in the beautiful hills, closer to the thriving community of Cranberry. It has easy access to the PA Turnpike, I-79, and I-279, making it easy to get anywhere in the Greater Pittsburgh area (including the airport and the downtown) in about half an hour. The only thing to watch for are the steps inside to the upstairs and the basement. The treads are are much less deep than the usual stair tread. Be very careful as two people in our party tripped and fell on them.

I couldn’t WAIT to do this review - there should be a “perfect” rating. Seriously, this was the first of many Airbnb locations that my family has stayed in where my husband and I both looked at each other and wanted to rebook for next year inside of the first 10 min. that we arrived. Open and spacious, updated appliances, COMFY beds! The driveway and parking area are large and able to accommodate turning around and adjusting parking without fear of back into anything. Grubhub delivers. Walmart in Baden is a quick 10 min. drive, and nearby to shopping/activities in Cranberry. We briefly lost power, because a tree fell on a power line. Power was restored within the hour. UNREAL! 🙌🏼 If we ever moved to PA, we’d want this house. We felt so at home, it was wonderful! We already booked for next Thanksgiving! Quit hesitating and request to book.

Spent our Thanksgiving here visiting family local to Sewickley. The place was great - had everything we needed and then some! Clean, welcoming, and cozy. Just what we needed! Would stay here again when visiting family or in need of a great spot outside of the city!

Great place to stay, close to airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Located in a quiet neighborhood and some bars and restaurants within walking distance. Cynthia is very friendly and very responsive. The house is very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect for what we needed and described accurately in the listing. This is a duplex, but the neighbor was super friendly and quiet and we barely noticed they were there. Spotless clean, no odors in the home, plenty of space, great neighborhood. Would gladly stay again.

This apartment was very nice for me and my girlfriend. We stayed a week and had everything we needed to be able to stay there. It was clean and organized. I would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Mexican War Streets/ North Side apartment. Very friendly & responsive hosts. Thoughtfully decorated and clean apartment with nice additional amenities such as google nest/home integration and Bluetooth speaker/alarm clocks in the bedrooms. Nice big closet in the master bedroom. Really liked the kitchen and living room spaces. You will not be wanting for anything in here. Do keep in mind that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. So if you have trouble getting up and down steps, this may be difficult to navigate in and out of. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Another great stay in Pittsburgh! We always enjoy this home because of the fantastic space and amazing view of the city. I think this was our fourth time here and can’t wait to stay again in the future. This home is ideal!

Great property, very responsive and professional hosts. The location, while near some questionable pockets of the city (like any downtown area), is excellent and comfortably walkable for sporting events, the Andy Warhol Museum, and some great food and drinks (check out Monk’s Bar right down the street). The space was very clean and had all amenities that we could have needed. We had no issues with noise and found the condo to be quite peaceful and quiet. The bed is very comfy and the coffee is great! Thank you for having us!

This is the lower unit in a duplexed house. The minimalist furnishings were mostly of the thrift store variety, but it was fine for a short stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with serving and cooking ware, and there were plenty of linens. The neighborhood and the upstairs tenants were quiet. The one concern I'd have about staying there in winter was the front walkway that sloped down to the steps to the driveway. All are of concrete and could be very slippery with a coating of ice or snow.
