Warm apartment, easily accessible and very clean upon arrival. As described. Susanne is very responsive and flexible. Great stay.

Well renovated, pleasant, quiet house, despite being on the ground floor, overlooks a quiet street. Since the hot water boiler was off, we had to schedule it in dialogue with the host for about an hour. We note that there are only blackout curtains in the bedroom and bathroom, so to not show up to street passers-by, they must always be kept lowered and the room lights on.

Michelle is very welcoming. We stayed for one night in a peaceful location. Perfect for a stop at the return from vacation.

The apartment is very clean, very functional and in a very good location. Paid parking at a reasonable rate nearby. Only point to pay attention to: if you sleep in the living room, there is no shutter but only a curtain and the street is lit, so it may bother. Thanh Ha is very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

A lovely, tiny apartment in a perfect location in the center of town. It’s very quiet and dark at might, so I slept so well! Pierre-Andre was an excellent host — he met me in person, explained everything about the apartment, offered midweek to clean, and answered my messages extremely quickly.

Absolutely beautiful. Absolutely excellent connected accommodation! The decoration is of taste and nothing has been left to chance. The steam from the hot tub is not felt at all at the bed level due to the many VMCs present in the room if it can reassure (that was my question too). Highlights: - A very well-balanced sound system built into the room. - Large Jacuzzi (I measure 1.92m) - Excellent bedding - Full Connected Light System (Philips HUE) - Very accommodating and available host. - Powerful VMC Least: - Check-out time at 11:00 AM - No private parking (complicated in the center of Dijon) As you can see, go head down, this is the best compromise located in the city center with the best value for money.

2nd time staying at Virginie and Kevin’s apartment, it won’t be my last. Love the apartment, love the location and the hosts are very responsive. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped. The 2 jaccusis are great. Super quiet environment. It's very relaxing. Thank you for the small welcome cheeses, they were delicious and the grocery store just below allowed us to refuel other sweets. Hosts were very welcoming, responsive, and friendly.
