Vacation rentals with a patio in Beachlands

We had a great stay at Team EJ’s apartment. Felt very supported every step of the way with clear instructions and it was always easy to communicate with our host. The apartment itself is very nice, had everything we needed and was in a great area with all shops/restaurants at a walkable distance. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Having the outside garden area was really great and offered a relaxing space outdoors. We would fully recommend a stay here.

Whar a perfect location and beautifully appointed studio! A great way to finish off our trip through the north half of the Noth Island.

Great place to stay in the central part of Auckland for a couple of days. The beds were comfortable. There were fans that we used to cool down the place because the apartment was warm. The hostess was good at communicating with us. The only drawback was that the neighbor on the adjacent balcony smoked, and since we had to keep our windows on the balcony open to keep the place cool we were smelling the cigarette smoke.

Great location and close to Spark Arena and Britomart. We loved the views and privacy of the unit. It was super handy having a washer/dryer as well, and the place was warm and dry. Home away from home! We wished that we stayed multiple nights instead of just one as it was such a lovely spot.

Couldn’t fault any thing about this property. Suited our needs perfectly. Very comfortable beds. Good quality linen/ towels etc loved our stay and would stay again Good value Regards Russell

Had everything we need. A comfortable place to get some rest, location was perfect, close to food shops. All good and 100% would recommend staying here :-)

We really loved Astrid's place. It served as a good base to explore Auckland and the North Island. We appreciated the attention to details!

Great stay at Winnie’s place in remuera - plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Nice and quiet area but handy to Auckland activities. Winnie was a proactive and responsive host. Highly recommended!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Was ideal for our stay of 2 nights. Close too where we needed too be and the perfect spot for relaxing afterwards. Vincent was clear and precise with all his communications, friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend this wee gem, happily stay here again.

Lyndal's place was just beautiful, she was very helpful and friendly when messenging and requesting an earlier check in was no problem. We went for the Coldplay concert at Eden Park and the location was 10/10 with just a 5 minute walk to the venue! We had everything we needed, full kitchen facilities, clean and big spacious bathroom, lovely peaceful deck to enjoy a wine out the back, a apsoloutey stunning house. Thank you Lyndal for sharing your amazing home with myself, sister in law and my 12 year old son. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hopefully will be available again for another concert.

My go to place when i visit auckland every month, lost my jewellery pouch left it in the airbnb, carol was kind enough to let me know and leave it at the airbnb for me when she found it. Really appreciative as some of those had a lot of sentimental value 😊

Jon's apartment was exactly as described and Jon himself so helpful and friendly. Being over three floors allowed myself and my three adult children the space we needed with personal spaces for everyone. The location is great, right across the road from Victoria Park. The city skyline was outstanding with Sky Tower right before of our eyes. We were in Auckland for the Cold Play concert and Sky Tower would continously change colour in the evening. It was really something to see. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Great spot, amazing views. Sitting out on the deck in the afternoons was a real highlight.

Felicity's place is superb. Firstly, it matches the photographs. So often, you go into an Airbnb, and the photos overstate the ambiance. They don't here - what you see is what you get - in every fabulous detail. Secondly, it is classy. So many places you go, and there is one dishwasher tab or one washing machine detergent packet, forcing you to go to the supermarket and buy more than you need. Not here - there are lots of the basics. Thirdly, Felicity is helpful and charming. I was sure I wouldn't lock myself out - but I did. Felicity was there in 10 minutes - no problem. (Pro Tip - leave one of the fobs in the lock box :-)) Communications were excellent at all times. I go back to New Zealand every year. From now on, Felicity's place is going to be the first choice. Thank you, Felicity!

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

Great location, handy to town and great for a short stay.
