We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! If you're looking for a cozy, well-equipped place with a fantastic host, look no further! Thank you, Gerti, for making our stay so memorable!

The listing was as described. Everything was perfect in the residence. Our host was very responsive to our requests. Only downside to our stay: despite beautiful places, Albania is an open-air landfill and it's sorry to see all this pollution in this beautiful country. However, I specify that our private beach was really clean.

A sheer white curtain gently sways in the breeze, revealing a serene view of the sea and coastal scenery outside. A delicate butterfly decoration is visible on the curtain, adding a subtle touch to the tranquil ambiance.

Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

We were travelling from Tirana airport, the owner was cool, replying pretty fast on massages, the apartment was MEGA cool, clean, cozy. Bad thing is wild dog which always tried to bite my sister and a bit noise road near, and could be problem with parking but it's literally only minuses. Apartment is close to beach and markets, and 15 min from city center by car. I totally recommend it for new clients !

A fantastic experience! The Airbnb is located in the city center, the conditions are excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, and the space is comfortable and clean. The hosts are very kind and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend it!

Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

Lovely Apartment by the beach

First time visiting Albania and the apartment was everything we needed and more, a great location right on the beach, on the 5th floor so guaranteed wonderful sea views too, fab communication from host and Spiranca restaurant next door serves up lovely seafood dishes, we hired a car for 5 days to explore other places, Kruje, Berat, Himare, cape of rodon, Golem, really enjoyed, the people of Albania were very friendly, helpful and courteous, we had a great time, thank you Grei.

The apartment is great, with everything what u need. Its very near to the beach, in private complex with security and private parking. Lulezim was very nice and responsive and took care of us till we get in to the apartment and have everything we need. Be awere and ready there were soo many mosquitoes at the night if u leave open the terrace door . Thank u Lulezim

We had such a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, stylish, and comfortable — very true to the photos. The location was perfect for exploring Golem and it's sandy beaches, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and you can pay by card or local currency if you have that. We were there in early April so a bit early in the season so it was nice and quiet. The evenings were a bit cool but lots of very sunny daytimes to enjoy. Our host was so kind and helpful, always available for recommendations and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. I especially loved the sun trap by the pool for morning coffee and sunabthing.The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped enough for me to cook family meals I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Northern Albania!

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! Amazing location with magnificent balcony sea view (7th floor with elevator) and many cosy restaurants around the area, very clean apartment, perfect for families with little kids, very welcoming hosts... Private parking as well and supermarket in the building... The apartment was equipped with everything one needs for the days you're there. 10/10 - will most definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and families. You won't regret staying here! My partner and I loved our stay! The apartment is huge, and there is plenty of space. Everything was very clean, and we felt super comfortable. The host gave us an early check-in and a late check-out since our ferry didn’t leave until the evening. She was very accommodating and was fast to respond to my messages. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

The host communicated the entire time of our stay. She let us know when we had a place to stay, restaurants nearby,as well as local cuisine in the center and advice about car rental. In front of the house there is a bus stop so well connected to the center, close to the beach and restaurants and shops everywhere. I recommend ! :) thank you so much, it was great 😊

We had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was very clean and modern, and it only took about five minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Landi was excellent—he was always reachable and responded very quickly. He was also extremely hospitable and even picked us up from our Airbnb to take us to a traditional Albanian restaurant, as we didn’t have a car. We can definitely recommend this place!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

An unforgettable stay in Villa Esmi! I celebrated my birthday at Villa Esmi by Micaela and it was just sensational! The villa was super clean and all our wishes were read from our eyes. The decoration, the DJ and the private chef – everything was organized perfectly. The transfer and activities were also excellently coordinated. Particularly impressive was the dessert surprise for dinner, which was simply brilliant. A huge THANK YOU to dear Micaela for this limitless ingenious stay for my birthday. I would highly recommend Villa Esmi to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion. Every wish is fulfilled here and you feel completely comfortable and pampered.

It was a very beautiful Airbnb, right in front of the beach. The host was really helpful and cooperative. I will recommend this place to stay whenever you visit Durres.
