Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

It already seemed perfect, but in reality it was even more perfect, it definitely exceeded our expectations!The house is beautiful, large, very clean, with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and even more,the bathroom is perfect, excellent shower, hot water without problems, bedroom equipped with every comfort, air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine, clothes rack, towels, soaps. There is a large TV in the living room. The whole house is super bright, divided into two floors. The surrounding area is very quiet, a nice place, safe and pleasant, there is a very close shopping center with cafes, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket, everything you might need. There is a small comfortable outdoor space. It's easy to find transportation and taxis. The host is friendly and helpful. You will want to live in this house, do not waste any more time, for us it will always be in our heart. Thank you

Everything was just on top! Communication with host, house by itself. House had everything that you might need, everything was clean and they even provided new slippers for each person. It had TV with internet, so we even watched some movies. Location is good as well, there are bus and tram stops, so you can easily reach city centre. There are not many restaurants nearby, but I don’t think that an issue, because there are shops everywhere nearby. Overall our stay was great, we will definitely return.

Staying at this apartment was a dream come true. Everything about the space was amazing and well equipped. The location is perfect with access to amazing food, public transportation and shopping. Erkan is truly an amazing host with helpful guides and suggestions of the best places to visit every day. I absolutely loved the vibe of this apartment and the surrounding neighbourhood which both have a very vibrant and cool atmosphere that would work for any kind of traveller looking to experience Istanbul's best landmarks, restaurants and shops. Erkan really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and easy. His apartment is very spacious and comfortable. the private balcony is perfect for morning coffee and tea, the bedrooms are very comfortable and well maintained and the kitchen made meal preparation fell like home. I will absolutely come back to his place in the future and encourage everyone to do the same.
