Great accommodation for spending time with family or friends. We felt very comfortable there. Great place!

Beautiful villa Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Everyone has their independence. Some company games would be nice. The bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms lack a little freshness Otherwise everything was perfect

The house perfectly matched our expectations and is very convenient. Nevertheless, the acoustics closed doors (winter) is bad because a lot of resonance probably due to a lack of furniture. We were very correctly welcomed by the person of Welkeys whom we thank for hosting on site but the communication with the Welkeys company via the Airbnb app or their own site is not satisfactory: we called them unanswered, the terms and conditions on their site are not available and the entry exit forms to be filled out on their own site are not clear.

A wonderful villa! It's photos do not do it justice. Every room is great, and the design of the house is so could. it's perfectly laid out, really well built and if you have young-ish kids (ours we 9-13) it's really great. They can be outside at the pool, while you prepare dinner or watch TV, without any concerns. We also went car free for the week, which was really pleasant, just used the occasional bus. Vincent is a great host, very responsive. Generally it was a great villa - the best we've stayed in for a very long time - and it's a good price compared to others we have stayed it. I can't recommend it highly enough. thank s Vincent!

A fantastic house had everything you could need for a great family holiday.

Very good stay in this beautiful villa close to the beach. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The host is very available and welcoming with a small gift basket, there is even a guide that allows you to discover the restaurants and activities nearby. I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is as described and very well-equipped. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute drive to the beach. Very well heated accommodation in winter. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very responsive and gave us good advice. We'll be happy to come back!

The place is exceptionally beautiful. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It's new, well designed, and perfectly comfortable. Host is incredibly responsive, willing to assist and friendly. I recommend this place and this host to everybody. It's a big plus for non Spanish speaking guests

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

In love with the Landes for years, we took family and friends for a week at Manuel and Wanda's. The hospitality was excellent, the house is really perfect. Everything is well thought out and tastefully decorated. The central living space serves two opposite sleeping spaces. The bedding is excellent. Special mention for the outdoor space: the kitchen is fully equipped🍽️🥣, the terrace is large and sunny☀️, the pool is large enough for a dozen people to have fun🏐🤿, the toilet/shower space means you don't dirty the house🚽🛀. There's really no need to hesitate, if you want a nice house, quiet but at the same time close to everything (shops, sea, etc.) contact Manuel and Wanda!

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was clean and very nice, perfect for relaxing. The pool is a real asset, ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The owners are welcoming and very friendly, always ready to answer our questions and give us good advice to discover the region. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing and worry-free stay!

The house is located in a quiet residential area, 15-20 minutes' walk from the shops. It has beautiful volumes in accordance with the photos, the living space is very bright due to its orientation and the number of bay windows, the kitchen equipment and appliances are of quality and recent. The garden is clean and well maintained. The whole place allows for a very nice stay for a large family even in winter. Marie-Sophie's welcome is very pleasant, communication is easy and efficient, and she is accommodating on arrival/departure times.

We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

Thanks for a great week. Very nice hosts & great location close to Seignosse Ocean. You get everything you need as a family... and on top a pool weich our kids used every day :)

The house is very nice and very well maintained. Good location for excursions and in a very quiet place. As an improvement, you should leave some cleaning utensils, scouring pads, the typical cleaning kit with a dishwasher tablet and other cleaning supplies. Some basics like salt and pepper, tablecloths, or a glass to have some wine. The wifi does not have a high speed and depending on usage it may be insufficient. It has cleaning instructions that are not very clear and do not appear at the time of booking. There are no cleaning fees, but a sign in French tells you that you have to leave the house clean and fully tidied up or hire cleaning for €100. I've never seen these kinds of conditions outside of a contract. The rest is very good with plenty of space and a heated pool (only in season)

A very comfortable place in a nice and quiet environment. The house is new and very clean. Phenomenal to go on vacation a few days and enjoy the countryside and the sea.

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!
