My family just spent a month vacationing in Luis’ villa. We had a fantastic time, the villa was just perfect for our needs. It is centrally located in Casa De Campo so very easy to get around. The villa has a wonderful open family room and generously sized and well appointed bedrooms. The pool was always spotless thanks to Ceasar and amazingly it was in full shade in the mid-late afternoons which made it perfect for swimming. The house staff Elaine and Natalie were wonderful. They kept the villa so clean throughout our stay and Elaine was an incredible cook. We liked her food more than most of our restaurant meals! Luis was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to stay here again when we visit next, hopefully in another year’s time!

I'm definitely coming back! I had a great experience, excellent amenities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and everything was very clean and organized. Super close to beach minitas!! I loved having the support of the housekeepers. They were very friendly and accommodated us wonderfully.

AMAZING! As soon as you enter you feel right at home. I’m a very critical Airbnb-er and I have to say I was impressed. From the cleanliness of the home to the inviting and warm welcome I received from the hosts, to the attentive Mary who was eager and waiting to please, I would give this place 10 stars if I could. A few details. I vacationed with my young family and they thoroughly enjoyed the home. From the pristine pool (which was cleaned almost every morning by a professional pool company) to the movie theater downstairs, my sons stayed very busy and happy. The rooms are all air conditioned and very spacious each with its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and very clean!! The closet space was ridiculous!! My husband and I were in heaven with all the closet space available. The bathrooms had hot water without interruption and body wash and shampoo/conditioner were provided and looked very presentable. The tvs in every room worked. And lastly, Mary was a gem. Loved her!!

My family and I spent a month on this property and felt right at home. I was able to work remotely with no issues. Gloria, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. AnaCristina was so wonderful and attentive - we miss her already! Overall, we had a great time at Tres Palmas. The property was excatly as pictured and so well-maintained. We are already thinking about returning next summer.

Wendy’s place was a perfect place for our group. There are two bedrooms with their own bath on the first level and the same setup on the second story. The living room and dining room are very large, have a/c (rate for many Airbnb’s in the DR in this price range) and open up to a very large covered porch. The house is very clean, great beds, beautiful bathrooms and a live-in maid. Wendy is great at communication! Everything was perfect for our three day stay!

Let me begin by saying this house is not like the pictures… it is so much BETTER. Photos do not do this house justice. 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 3 with double beds, each room with its own private, beautiful bathroom. The location of the house is also IDEAL. It is about 5 minutes to the Marina, 5-6 minutes to the beach and about 8 minutes to altos de chavon. From reservation and throughout our stay, Isabel was not only available but willing to help with anything— and I mean ANYTHING. (Ie. I missed a spray tan appointment before leaving home and Isabel connected me with someone local to do my tan in the house!). She was checking in with me throughout our stay and giving suggestions for where I could get different services as well. The in-house staff is also simply amazing. Iro is the maid/cook— she would make us breakfast daily and also made us an incredible lunch one day that had the whole house smelling wonderful and had our mouths watering as we anxiously awaited the deliciousness she prepared for us. Junior, the butler, is quiet, respectful, and always looking to help, but not at all intrusive. Any issues that arise, Junior takes care of it right away. Iro and Junior make you feel so at home that if it was up to me and my family, we wouldn’t have left! I honestly would’ve preferred not to write this review and keep this place to myself for future availability, but alas that would be total selfishness on my part! We are already planning our return trip. Cannot wait to come back!!

This villa is great, has a nice distribution of spaces and rooms, a balanced pool table, a nice pool, it's very close to Minitas beach, and has Evelyn, an excellent cook who made us daily breakfast and cooked dinner and saved it for us to reheat and eat at night. José the host was very communicative and on top of things. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Rebeca was a wonderful and responsive host and her home in Casa de Campo is lovely. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioner unit, and the home was stocked with sunscreen, hats, towels, and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This villa was the perfect get-away for a couple of weeks. The entire home is so pretty and inviting, and the neighborhood is lovely! Luis, the owner, was consistently available and responsive throughout the process of selecting the villa and assisting with questions upon arrival, and the kind housekeeper was so helpful. The view of the golf course and beyond was beautiful and a great place to spend the evening under the stars. Also, we enjoyed the private side yard with a pool and space to relax in the shade. It was especially nice when we had another couple join us for a couple of nights, as we each had a private space to go to and the extra roomy shared areas. We found the location of the villa within Casa de Campo to be perfect! It was a 5 - 10 minute walk to the hotel where we could enjoy a meal or the pool, and a 10-minute golf cart ride to the lovely beach, restaurant and shopping area. It is a wonderful home in a beautiful and safe community with lots to do!

Patricia was a great host. Extremely communicative and very responsive. Check-in was easy, but it was a little challenging going in and outside of Casa de Campo. While it was challenging, I do appreciate the level of security. The staff in the villa were amazing to work with. The food would get better every day. Always kept the villa, towels, and pool clean. I will be visiting again!

Loved it! My friends and I had a great time, Gladys is always available when you need it, the place is comfy and the housekeeper is very helpful. I went for my birthday and Gladys didn’t have any crazy rules as some of the owners there have, the pool is beautiful and the rooms too. Good place to relax with friends and family.

Excellent stay. Had a very good experience. Dorca was really nice and nice to us. Of all the places I went, this was one of the ones I loved the most for its cleanliness and beautiful decor. I would come back again without a second thought.

The place was exactly as advertised! Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with another property, so we were looking for a new house on short notice. Francisco was very quick to respond and everything was arranged within an hour and a half and we were able to get into the house. He also arranged transportation for us! Through him we also booked a tour to Saona island, with a huge good price. This was great experience! I would definitely recommend this home. The neighbors may make a little more noise, but in my opinion this brings a cozy atmosphere!

Wow! This place was worth every penny. Thank you Luis and Jessica for the most wonderful time spent at this place. From beginning to end, Luis went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We were there celebrating my Los 60th and they helped us get Balloons, dinner reservations, a chef, a golf cart, even a mariachi band!!!! The house was well stocked with everything you need. Perfect for families. Yolanda was an absolute sweetheart. Her and Marisela, and the gentlemen who worked in the house truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. We are already talking about coming back. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

This airbnb is beautiful and comfortable. The pool is spectacular. When the light goes there is an inverter that provides electricity so we were never without light. When we had a situation they resolved quickly. I recommend it.

The place is exactly as pictured. quiet, secure. the service was excellent. we had a small problem with the internet but they tried to resolve it as soon as possible. I would recommend.
