Vacation rentals with a patio in Bay Roberts

We stayed in Suite 1 and it was cute, clean and comfortable with a great view! We stayed on a Wednesday evening so it was very quiet as the restaurant above the suite was closed. Instructions for arrival and parking was clear and we were delighted to arrive to a fresh loaf of bread too! Highly recommended as a place to stay in the beautiful Brigus.

Great stay for a work weekend, well stocked kitchen, has everything you need for a couple nights.

I stayed at Shane’s place for my 21st birthday with my friends and we had an amazing weekend. The hot tub was very relaxing and we had a very spacious kitchen to cook in all weekend. The views from the back of the property were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again soon.

Keith & Nancy are great hosts. Prompt, responsive, & attentive to our questions & flexible & generous in solving issues. The cottage is a gem of a place; nicely furnished with nice floors and lots of space, especially the loft upstairs, although the loft itself was not set up as a living space. Nonetheless, the beautiful rug and lovely clean floors in the loft gave a feeling of spaciousness and elegance which I loved. Somewhat challenging to manage were the low ceilings in the upstairs cute bedrooms ( really great for kids though) where we had to bend to maneuver bumping our heads. The sofa downstairs was a bit small & low for using on a long term stay as the cushions often slid forward. Notwithstanding that, the cottage was pleasant to be in with a nice kitchen that had lots of space. We got feelings of ease &relaxation from our stay in the cottage, with its soft, soothing colors and a sense of freshness & cleanness in the air which we valued a lot! Thank you Keith & Nancy!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and cozy. Loretta was a wonderful host. When I had questions she was quick to answer. We would definitely recommend Loretta. If we need a place to stay again we will definitely stay there again.

We all felt that our place was a 2 minute walk to Conception Bay. It was peaceful to sleep at night. A confortable place at a reasonable price. We had access to fridge and everything in the house. Newfoundland is a welcoming place and so inviting for tourists.

Harvey is an amazing host! He was very easy to get in touch with, and helpful when I ran into a hiccup with my initial booking. Harv and Frans place perfectly accommodated my family of 6, and with it being 15 min from Port de Graves Christmas in the Harbour it was the perfect pre-Christmas night away. I cant thank Harvey enough for his incredible recommendations for breakfast in the morning, it capped off a great little getaway!

We had a lovely weekend stay here. House was just as listed and perfectly fit our needs. Close to amenities and stuff to do for the kids. Gordon was always quick to respond and address any questions or concerns I had.
