Vacation rentals in Bay of Palma

We had a wonderful week in Joan's beautiful apartment. Top: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. In front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that in and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures on airbnb suggest! There are two very comfortable cozy bathrooms with soap and lots of towels and a large kitchen with lots of utensils. Also, there are some beach attributes in the basement. The only downside for us was the two single beds instead of a double bed. The mattresses are also a bit saggy. In short, the apartment is really highly recommended! Tip: a stair gate for the little kids would make the house even more child-friendly

We were there in the preseason. 80% of the waterfront shops and places were closed and there were hardly any tourists on the island. The apartment directly on the water included a parking space (for a small fee). So we were always able to park our rental car there and didn't have to look for a parking space. Perfect in the main season. In the village of Sant Jordi there are a lot of "dilapidated" or "run-down" buildings in the side streets. We didn't enjoy it so much. Within walking distance was a several kilometers long sandy beach. There you could hike for hours. However, you could not get to the hinterland. The entire coastal area was locked with a fence. It was accessible 10m - 30m along the water. In the village itself there is a small marina, a wide sandy beach and no large hotels. Very pleasant.

The villa was fantastic and fully equipped. Location is quiet but not far from centre. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and questions were always answered quickly. We have nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend the villa and book again.

Amazing stay! Beautiful apartments and a really peaceful place. Next to the ocean and pools that you can swim to. The area is private and peaceful but there’s not a lot to do in that city.

Very good stay for a weekend with the family . Ideal locations

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

the apartment is very clean and had what we needed. the fit out is basic but well kept and stocked with essentials. We loved Ses Salines and used it as a base to explore further. We would stay again.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.
