the apartment is beautifully renovated, equipped with excellent appliances and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (extra linen, kitchen utensils, household chemicals). and it’s great location

We had a really great experience staying at Danilo’s place. Danilo and his brother were very helpful & responsive. The place is absolutely beautiful, well equipped, very clean, bright and just perfect for a relaxed holiday. The view from the terrace is spectacular. We would love to come back again next year.

We had a fantastic week at Ivana’s lovely apartment. The location is brilliant with a few restaurants on site and then a complimentary shuttle bus that takes you down to the marina bay where you can access two beach clubs one being the Chedi which is beautiful. You could stay within the complex and not need to venture further if you wanted. A super relaxing break! We would visit again next year for sure!

The place is just walking distance to the airport. Me and my daughter arrived first time in Dubrovnik in the night and it was safe to walk from the airport to the property. Antun and Mirjana were super nice, even they helped us to show where to buy an umbrella and drive us to Dubrovnik in the same time they wanted to go Dubrovnik. It was raining whole day and their help was really huge help for us. They gave tips for taxi as well which was very helpful as well. The studio room is sparkling clean and well equiped, included kitchen, coffee, tea and netflix. It was a pleasure to stay in this property.

Fantastic hosts and apartment. Very helpful and responsive on messages. Our hosts couldn’t do enough to help us, even arranging airport pick up and drop off at unsocial hours. Great apartment with lovely outside space. Two bed apartment but rooms were off separate areas so both bedrooms were private with two bathrooms. Location was excellent and just a little up the hill from the beach but easily walkable. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Kotor very much. Goran is a very friendly and helpful host. He gave us a lot of helpful informations for our stay. Communication and check in without any problems. Wifi works very well an there is a private parking lot on the property. The accomodation is very clean and well equipped. The shopping center is just 10 minutes away and the beautiful oldtown is reachable in less than 15 minutes. We highly recomend this accomodation.

This place is amazing, fully equipped with everything a person needs, private parking and just 3 minutes from the old town of Kotor. It is luxurious and really beautiful. The couple that owns the apartment were very helpful with all the informations we needed😊😊 P.s. there is a better apartment right next to it ( of course the same owner’s) with a wonderful terrace and even a sauna with a view on the old town of Kotor. Unfortunately we didn’t know before so maybe the next time we’ll visit Kotor.

The studio was clean and functionnal. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the old town.

The house is astonishing! Very quiet place with just 5 minutes to the ferry that will take you to Tivat, Porto Montenegro etc. There is a very nice restaurant just 1 min drive. If you wish to drive to Tara, Dormitur , the exit road is also 5 minutes away. Petar was helpful in every step of the way.

Pasko is a very accommodating host for arrival and departure times, he always welcomes you with a smile. The accommodation is very well located, the supermarket is in front of the accommodation and the bus to dubrovnik is a 1-minute walk away. You can rent here without any hassle!

It was something magical. I use airbnb a lot, but I've never met such wonderful people. Dejan, Meli and their son Andrej are the most responsive and attentive landlords. The house itself consists of maximum attention to detail. What is one bed and pillows in the bedroom, you just don’t want to leave from there. On the territory there is a huge gym and a library, sometimes the guys are invited to drink coffee and swim in the pool. You can also get fresh eggs and milk from the village, or be treated to homemade yogurt, fruit pie and tea with honey. The house itself has a huge TV, which is nice to watch movies and play video games. Water from an artesian spring, electricity from solar panels. The village is surrounded by mountains and next to the largest lake in the Balkans. You can also rent a car here. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience!

Great villa, spacious and well equipped. BBQ area, pool, jacuzzi etc.. all as described. Ana is very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the walk to the beach and the restaurants is fairly long and difficult with a push chair, however it helped to walk off all the excellent food in the area!

Really enjoyed our stay at Dragica's place! She was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. This place was clean and neat. Recommended ⭐️

Great central location right opposite the bus station. Ana and her father were very accommodating and met me outside of hours to direct me to the apartment. Clean and spacious with a nice terrace. Would recommend

A beautiful view from the balcony, the room has everything you need , the hosts are friendly, the wi-fi is consistently average, there are beautiful beaches nearby,but it is mandatory to have a car, the renovation of the room is average, there is good parking in the shade of the grapes,on arrival we were waiting in the fridge for fruit and beer ,in general the impression is good

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

We enjoyed very much our stay here! It’s just few minutes walk from Old Town, so it’s fantastic to explore Kotor but at the same time very peaceful place. It was extremely clean and host very responsive and friendly . Parking is for free and in the same property. We can definitely recommend it!

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!
