House vacation rentals in Baulkham Hills

We felt very comfortable, safe and at home in May's cozy flat. Quiet surroundings and in a good location.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Scott was a great host and great communicator. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the place was great and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Yin’s home is very spacious & very well equipped, everything is labelled which makes it so easy to find things. This home is so friendly to families with children, a playroom being available & some grassed area out the back, all fenced & secure. Yin has made the house very welcoming. It was clean & we loved the living room area downstairs & sleeping upstairs. A large pool available which we didn’t use but great area to use. A maxi IGA is within walking distance & a fabulous supermarket to shop at. Yin was communicative & responded in a short time frame. I recommend Yin’s home we had a lovely stay catching up with some of our family.

We had the most amazing time at Adam and Barbara’s home. We spent 6 nights here as a family of 9, the house was even better than we could have imagined, it was so well situated with local amenities minutes away but felt so private and peaceful. It was very well equipped and everything needed was easily accessible . Adam and Barbara are fantastic hosts, friendly, communicative when necessary and extremely informative . The children absolutely loved the pool and the inflatables to play with too. So much fun was had by all. Thank you for having us.

Very helpful & accommodating. Thank you Hilde for the little things you did for us to accommodate our family holiday. A travel cot, change table and high chair for our 11 month old saved car space for our two little dogs to bring along. Very peaceful in a great location with loads in walking distance. Highly recommended.

What a great house to stay in for the weekend with our family ! Hasma's home was clean and comfortable and had enough room for all 15 of us. We all enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. The home had plenty of bathrooms and toilets to accommodate us and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and living areas. The home was as pictured with 3 living areas and a great kitchen. A very comfortable home to stay in, highly recommend! Hasma and Fatima were very responsive and communication was great.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short at Rachel's due to unforseen circumstances, but Rachel was incredibly helpful and very accommodating to our needs – even taking the time to follow up a few days later. Her beach shack is beautifully decorated and comfortable – we were devastated to have to cut our stay short (especially our little one who was in LOVE with the sunroom and the big bath!) Thank you Rachel for understanding our circumstances – we appreciate your efforts.

I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to feel like a local in Bondi. It’s surround by the best coffee shops, market & restaurants. The place is very inviting with a kitchen that leads into a lovely backyard. Most of our dinners were spent outside. I loved this place & will stay again.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

Great roomy house outside of busy Sydney inner suburbs. Great and friendly communications with the host made us feel welcome. This house is big and will suite large family or a group. We really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.

So good here- our family did not want to leave and it was very peaceful and quiet Great place to launch the jet skis and boat Every one loved the pool and was in it all the time!!! Would definitely go back to Wilberforce!!!!

Our stay at this beautiful spacious house in Sydney was unforgettable! The location couldn’t have been better – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is modern, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Alicia was incredibly friendly and helpful, very early check-in was possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Sydney getaway and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

Stunning retreat! The house is so well set up to accommodate 6-8 people very comfortably. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, there is a real feeling of space, with great areas to gather or relax both indoors and out. Stunning views and so quiet!

I stayed at Ineka’s with a group of girlfriends and we had the best time. The house itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The sauna and the mineral pool was so luxurious and the rooms had big comfortable beds with multiple bathrooms . This is a great place to stay with a group of adults. No one had to sleep in bunks or single beds, which is often the case with big groups. Ineka was friendly and quick to respond, and kind enough to give us early check in and late check out. The house is by the water and walking distance to local shops and cafes. We will be back!

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

We felt right at home with our dog Misa and we're provided with all things needed for our stay. P.K. was a lovely host who was welcoming and provided recommendations to the local area - we can tell his family are dog lovers after giving our dog a cute new year's gift that she loved (especially the sparkly squeaky bone!) The house itself provided everything we needed - kitchen and nice bathroom and tv with Foxtel. We had our car and had access to beautiful national parks up north and the city was about a 25 minute drive. Thank you P.K. and family!
