Great accommodation, hot water ptits, but its was resolved! Very good communication! I recommend it.

We had a great time at Franck's apartment. It is very well equipped, with beautiful sea views. The rooms at the back are quiet, and the private garage is a plus that will be appreciated in high season. At the end of the year, parking is easy on the street. You can get everywhere on foot: shopping, bars and restaurants, beautiful walks on the seafront. We'll be happy to go back!

Anaïse was perfect and adorable 👌 Her studio is located in the grounds of a house so noise and tranquility were great. 🙏 Easy to park on the street and 5 minutes from downtown by car so great 👍 The accommodation was very good and with all the necessary equipment Only small downside was the wifi because there wasn't any There is an internet connection in the studio but it is wired with an Ethernet socket There is a cable provided but it is about 1.5 m long. So not practical for watching your series in the evening in bed which is 5 m from the socket 🙄 A small wifi repeater would be a plus or a 5m Ethernet cable will do the trick 😉 Either way, I recommend it. 😎

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

We had a great time with the family at La Bernerie, we were 4 adults and 2 children including a baby. The accommodation was impeccable, very pleasant, clean, functional, in a good location. The bedding is of very good quality. Very nice terrace with sea view. Very quiet apartment close to the beach and the city center. Elisabeth is a very friendly, welcoming and available host. We would recommend this listing. Thank you Elisabeth for the small welcome gifts.

We were able to enjoy a week full of activities thanks to the location of the house. It was less than 15 minutes from what we wanted to do: Salt Marshes, Brière Marshes, Historic Town Center of Guérande, La Baule, the Ocearium of Croisic, tree climbing,... The house is very well equipped to accommodate a large family with young children. We'll be happy to go back if the future brings us back to this area. Michael is a lovely host and very responsive if we need anything. Looking for a quiet house close to tourist spots, look no further you've found it.

We had a lovely stay at Ségolène's, we didn't get to meet her but we knew that if necessary, she would be available. It was nice to have a veranda, a quiet garden, and the proximity of horses and ponies.

Beautiful house to visit Noirmoutier! The house is very well equipped, with all the necessary amenities, whether in terms of kitchen equipment or the rest. Xavier is responsive and always available. We were delighted to share this house with two families.

Very nice house, pleasant to spend time with friends, quiet and very well-equipped.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment which is comfortable, with everything you need and as described (the bathroom may indeed seem small for some people, but it is indicated in the listing). The accommodation is well located and the residence is in a quiet and wooded setting. Personally, I didn't have any problems picking up 4G (red sfr), but it may depend on the operators.

Everything was really nice and we had a very nice stay.

Very pleasant stay at Armelle's apartment who is an available host. Nice accommodation in a good location, very quiet, very good bedding, with private parking.

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Thank you for your availability...thank you for adding a bedside lamp for us who read in bed in the evening...(for us too much lighting on the ceiling to create a little privacy in the evening ...and to watch the tv... maybe missing a little lighting at the corner towards the sofa...)otherwise very nice accommodation comfortable bed perfect bathroom...thank you ...we found the terrace really successful...a real plus... all very ,very clean and small touches very appreciated...thank you so...Marie
