Vacation rentals in Batavia Township

We loved our stay— the house is spacious & clean with lots of natural light on a quiet, natural property. It is perfect for multiple families and kids. The bunk beds all have waterproof mattress protectors. One bathroom has a tub. The closet in the master has a window & is big enough for a twin air mattress or pack-n-play to make an extra room for a baby/toddler. Bathrooms have plenty of towels & shampoo/soap provided. The rec room has two dart boards, ping pong table, nerf guns, jazzminton, playing cards, and yoga mats. Our crew loved the many reclining leather chairs for movie watching. The main living/kitchen area has loads of sofas & seating for meals. Kitchen has brand new appliances (induction stovetop), and all the pots/pans/dishes to serve a meal. We didn’t explore outside but the deck looked perfect for summer. Garrett was a super responsive host and even came over and quickly resolved a stove issue. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Jennifer is very responsive and available if anything arises! The house is close to campus and perfect for our weekend sporting event. We have stayed in several Airbnbs and this home had one of the best stocked kitchens! Plus, she supplied the little things that just make the stay easier: body wash to bottled water and creamer. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here the next time we visit Miami Univ.

The space was perfect for my friends, myself and my dog. The home was very cozy in the living/dining area and the kitchen was great for cooking! I loved that the dining table was large enough for us all to eat together :) We all raved about both showers being excellently clean and enjoyable, the shower supplies also seemed to be high quality! The bedrooms were spacious and clean, everyone had plenty of room for their things. The beds were very comfortable all around. The dog bed in the living room was awesome as I have an elderly dog she’s normally on the floor so her having her own spot was great! The area was excellent and conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants! Street parking was easy we were parked right in front of the house the entire weekend. I would stay here again!

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

Nice place For family or friends get together, large bedrooms with private baths. Two car garage for indoor parking is a plus. New construction with all the modern amenities. We will stay again next time in the area.

What a lovely experience staying here was! We were at the house 2 weeks and found the home comfortable and well appointed. Trish was extremely responsive, and the house is beautifully decorated without feeling fussy. If we show at WEC again we will be back!

Renee was great! We came up for WEC and were concerned about the weather. Renee was flexible and communicated as we traveled up and reassured us about the road conditions. She was personable and quick to respond. We will definitely be making her home our go-to WEC house. Thank you Renee! Looking forward to next time!
