Cozy place. Provided coffee and had nice spices for cooking. Great location to downtown. Very quiet & peaceful.

The Woodland house is truly incredible, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort, from the cozy bedrooms and soft linens to the inviting beds. The kitchen nook with a couch overlooking the ravine offers stunning views of nature, making it a picturesque spot to relax. The home exudes warmth and is perfect for unwinding in the spacious sunken living room or one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. Debra was an excellent host, providing all the amenities you could need. This home is a 10+, and you won't want to leave!

We were very impressed with the place. It has a very unique but tasteful style, a closet full of board games, books for most tastes, toys for kids, a grill, a firepit, and loads of other stuff. We didn't even look in the shed but I'll bet it's full of more fun. The house is small but they've aggressively outfitted it by converting the _entire_ attic to a kids' loft, fully enclosing the back porch, and setting up lots of comfortable space in the back yard. (I think I saw 5-6 beds & other sleepers in the attic.) Our favorite part was that there was at least one of all of the little things you could possibly forget (shampoo, hangers, mustard, hand sanitizer, soy sauce, water bottles, a bag of ice, sunglasses, a bag of M&Ms for hungry kids, and lots more) which is how you guarantee a comfortable start to your vacation. I can't wait to visit again with my kids.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful and spacious, offering plenty of fun activities to keep us entertained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our family and friends visiting all shared positive comments on the home. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, which we really appreciated. Roman was an excellent host frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect retreat!

This was a great spot for my husband and I during our 2 month stay in Chicago. Downtown Oak Park is just down the road & there's lots of cute restaurants, bakeries, & shops all within walking distance. Also a short walk to public transport if needed! We appreciated how accommodating and kind Kevin was regarding move-in and extra parking requests. He was difficult to get a hold of at times & we did have maintenance show up one day without any warning, needing to replace our toilet—so we wish there was some more communication at points. Don't rely on the street parking in this area—it's all permit-parking & a 3-hour limit during the day, however, having the parking spot in back was a major plus/advantage. If you're bringing a car to Chicago, I wouldn't recommend anywhere without designated spots!! Otherwise, the place has all the necessities & was pretty spacious and comfortable!

Sara was the best host! So responsive! We had the best time. Restaurants, bars, family & friends were so close. Felt like home. We had an opportunity to meet Sara & she is a sweetheart! Loved staying at the loft! Thanks Sara! Mike & Linda

Loved this location and the beautiful studio was clean and decorated nicely very warm feeling and felt like in the heart of the downtown but very peaceful. The view outside was breath taking. I would stay here again when visiting. The host were very accommodating and very responsive.

Our stay was great. Room had everything we needed and was super clean. Neighborhood was very nice. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant bonus.
