This appartment was just as advertised and, in my opinion, the nicest place to stay in Chiclayo. Nelly, the housekeeper was wonderful and could not do enough to help us settle in. She gave us extra towels, soap, tea towels and even managed to fix , temporarily, a broken blind in-the bedroom until the maintenance man came and fixed it the next day. Great service.

The experience was great, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay again. Maria responds quickly, is concrete and has quick fix alternatives. Fascinated with the experience!!!

We had an amazing stay, 100% recommended. Miguel always guided us with clarity and utility every detail corresponding to our stay. We gave good reviews of places to visit, to meet, to have fun, etc (having on the seawall a few steps away and strolling along the beach). We are deeply grateful for the flexibility and communication at all times, in settling our doubts and concerns. Everything in the house corresponds to the photos shown. In short, the week was pleasant and I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some incredible days in Pimentel.

Luis en Chiclayo's apartment is definitely a place I recommend 100%. Their attention as a host is exceptional, always available and attentive, which really makes you feel at home. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay: a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two patios, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washing machine. In addition, the area is urban, quiet and safe, ideal for resting. We will definitely be back with my family and our pets on our next trip. Thank you, Luis, for an unforgettable experience!
