5/5! Miss Juliana’s place is an absolute gem—far more stunning in person than we imagined. From the moment we arrived just in time for a breathtaking sunset, we knew the long drive was worth it. The home is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for large groups or families seeking comfort and tranquility. The pristine beach right in front, with its crystal-clear waters, made every moment unforgettable. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and taking in the spectacular views truly made this trip one to treasure. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional warmth and hospitality of Miss Juliana and Ate Susan. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute booking, making us feel so welcome and cared for. Their kindness and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt more like a home than a rental. We left with full hearts and memories we’ll cherish forever. Miss Juliana’s place is now a family favorite, and we can’t wait to return! ❤️

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The host was incredibly easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had.

The place is a rare-gem - completely private and lots of beautiful corals in the surroundings. The caretakers and 5 dogs welcomed us so much. The caretaker even accommodated our requests for bonfire, trekking, and boat snorkeling. I really recommend this place if you’re nature-centric and wanting a peaceful vacation. Also, the sunset view is on spot and beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for a private occassion like reunion, team building or vacation. Complete amenities and clean place. I love that all rooms has its own bathroom. The caretaker is very accommodating and helpful. Even though the beach was not that perfect for swimming, it is still a great scenery and they have a swimming pool which we really enjoyed. Overall, I would recomment the place if you want to have a private and peaceful place.

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting Pico de Loro, any unit of SEE Condominium (or Joanne's listing here in Airbnb) is highly recommended. Easy check-in process and most importantly, they have responsive and helpful customer service.

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. We had last minute requests and host is very responsive and accommodating. Place is clean and well maintained. Will definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay, extremely spacious dining area and rooms each with ensuite. Pool was a nice touch and cleared of leaves daily. Benedict was always helpful and quick to advise us. Be aware that the nearby beach is down a long winding road, but they offered to drive us. Also note that this is a private housing area with a security gate and nighttime curfew. It would have been useful to have had an iron available for use but otherwise excellent.

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

Keith and Jane have a beautiful house that makes you feel right at home, it is like a home away from home but next to the BEACH! My family loved every second and the hosts were very very responsive and helpful, till our next stay!

We’ll be back! Fantastic home and hosts. They also coordinated a car rental for us. It was a low price (half of what I pay in Manila) and the owner dropped it off and picked it up right at the airbnb. The solar panel backup power system is not only cool, it’s useful to keep the lights on with the areas frequent brown outs. And the dogs are super sweet and smart.

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house in Taal, Batangas. The place was spotless, and you could tell the hosts really take care of it. They provided all the essentials, including soap, shampoo, and toothpaste, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I had the best sleep! The air conditioning was also perfect, keeping the room cool and relaxing. On top of that, the hosts were so welcoming and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and well-equipped spot in Taal!

The place is as advertised. The place is clean , aesthetic and spacious, photo worthy indeed. Kitchen The place had enough cooking wares, perfect for a family staycation. Dining room I just hope the cushion cover had been replaced with a cleaner one but other than that the furniture, lighting and space are great. Living room They have smart tv which is great for a movie night tho 10% of the time the speed of the internet was fluctuating. Speed is also depending on where you are in the unit. This is my favorite part of the unit as it has a great view of the beach. Bedrooms Spacious, comfortable and clean. More than enough for us. There’s just one blanket there that did not smell good so we did not use it. Bathrooms There’s one bathroom that has a clogged lavatory and fluctuating water supply. The other bathroom has everything we need so it’s not a big problem but it would be if not everyone is okay to share the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

Place was great as advertised. Clean & spacious. It has its own pool & the beach is within a walkable distance. Host is responsive. Ate Juvy, the caretaker, is exceptionally friendly & accommodating. Highly recommended!

Our stay at The Beach Bungalow was absolutely amazing! The privacy made it feel like we were in our own little paradise. We loved the house kasi ang cozy and spacious nya. Even the bedrooms. :) With a beautiful kitchen and dining area where we cooked, dined, and shared so many laughs. :) Kasya kaming 10 pax sa table kaya walang tigil ang kwentuhan! The best part was the peaceful sea right in front of us. It was so calm and relaxing, and having the entire place to ourselves made it even more special. No noise, no distractions - just pure tranquility. :) Kuya Miggy stood out as a host! He was incredibly responsive and, not to mention, friendly, making communication so easy and enjoyable. It felt like we were chatting with an old friend who genuinely cared about our stay. :) Thank you so much po for that :) Highly recommended place if you're looking for a private, peaceful retreat with a fantastic host. By far, this is one of the most comfortable and wonderful experience we had at Airbnb. Place is very nice, has a beautiful view, complete equipments, very accomodating host/owner and caretaker!
