I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the host was seamless; they were quick to respond, provided detailed instructions, and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I booked. The place itself was just as described (if not better!). It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The decor was stylish, and the little touches—like coffee bar and thoughtful amenities—really made a difference. The location was also perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to offer privacy and a relaxing environment. It was clear that the host had put a lot of effort into ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this property!

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

The place is so tidy and spacious. Sobrang helpful ni ate Lala.. She helped us cook and buy foods and utensils that we need. She did above and beyond in customer service. Marerelax ka talaga. And this place is good for family/ barkada outing

The place is okay. Ate Liezl is very helpful and easy to reach. The place is located very near great restaurants and attractions in Tagaytay so definitely consider this place for your stay.

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying here! The private space was just what we needed, with a clean and comfortable room. The air conditioning in the sala made the common areas cool and inviting, which we really appreciated. The staffs, especially Ma’am Meann and Sir Arnold were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommended!

Mam Ana welcomed us with a smile even though we arrived late, with fruits as a welcome gift. She is very friendly and proactive. Very nice and quiet place. Photos also matched the actual place. They’re responsive both in app and on their personal number. Very nice interior and rooms are clean. Towels and blankets also provided. Will definitely book again in the future.

This place is very nice! Gianella is very responsive with all my queries as well as Ate Ely and her Nanay. The view on the balcony is very relaxing. Beds are spotless clean. Only had a bit of an issue with the water heater not working but it's fine though. They addressed the concern anyway. And only thing is that the parking area is far from the unit building itself. Other than that everything is good! Thank you! Til next time!

John was very responsive in helping me locate the unit as it would appear I selected the only trike driver in Lipa that couldn't find this place. When I did get there John had someone waiting to greet me. I walk a lot so had no trouble getting to where I wanted from the unit. I feel it was very accurately described in the advert.

the penthouse unit is awesome, have the best views of the estate, super neat and spacious with all the amenties to ensure you have the most relaxing and comfortable stay. the staff are polite and eager to help and answer questions with a smile. the hosts are super responsive, helpful, flexible and considerate with our questions or requests. we will surely come back and bring the whole family next time. thank you.

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. We had a relaxing stay at this unit. Finding it was very easy and there was free parking available, which is convenient. The place was clean and had everything we needed to prepare for and crash in after attending a wedding.. clean towels, fresh sheets, comfortable bed. overall, a good stay and the host is kind enough to let us check in early. Beth's description of the place is very accurate. She is very responsive, even during the time that the power temporarily went out. The kitchen is complete with the things one would usually need for vacations like this. She even allowed us to extend a little during the stay, very considerate of her.

We spent our first anniversary at Marlon’s place and it was indeed beautiful. We had a such pleasant atmosphere that my partner and I enjoyed, his place is just perfect and it felt luxurious. This was the 3rd time I booked Isabelle’s place. It has always been my go-to listing if I wanted to go and spend some time at Pico. Her place is always clean, easy to check in, and spacious. Perfect for small groups. I definitely recommend this place.

The caretaker took good care of us from the moment we arrive until we check-out. They were considerate of our situation, helped us, and was responsive. As for the place, it had everything that was listed, and the view from the balcony is just amazing. We didn't have a problem with the any of the amenities.
