Although in general terms the apartment is very good, the toilet is very poorly located with respect to the sink, so it is difficult to sit and urinate/defecate comfortably. On the other hand, it doesn't have WiFi, that's clarified in the listing but we overlooked it. However, Francesco was very kind and got us a wifi access code as we needed a connection for work purposes. The location is perfect for getting to know Matera. Regards!

This is a great place to explore Matera from. It's clean, quiet and comfortable, and close to restaurants and of course the sassi. Valeria is a great host. She has everything you could possibly need available. She is also extremely responsive. When we had trouble with the front door (which was our own fault), it was resolved in minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Immas house was perfect for our family’s needs. She was a great host who responded quickly. Location was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Alice’s place! It’s in a perfect spot for visiting nearby towns and beaches. There’s a nice walk directly from the flat to the skywalk. The host communicated well, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and had a spacious outdoor area. We highly recommend it!

Lovely place and location, in the green and overlooking the gulf. Peace and quiet guaranteed to be immersed in nature. Tonino and his wife gave us precise directions and welcomed as if we were at home. Priceless stay!

Every word would be superfluous to describe Marco's availability and kindness, a rare level of hospitality and when we needed it, he was immediately ready to help us, much more than he was in his duty. Not to mention the location, basically it's a simple country house, then you go out, sit at the table under the gazebo in the garden and it is here that you understand what is special about this place. You can enjoy a breathtaking view that on one side overlooks the valley that then leads to the nearby village of Corleto Perticara, on the other expanses of woods and mountains What can I say, if you're looking for some peace, a few days away from the daily stress, this is the place for you. Pasquale is a spectacular host, he immediately made me feel like a family, the apartment is very large and equipped with all the comforts and very clean, not to mention the garden, which is a real corner of paradise. There is a train nearby, but it does not create real disturbance also because it is difficult to stay in the house during the day, the beach is a few minutes away on foot. I will definitely be back in Sapri next time and highly recommend it to everyone

Absolutely the highlight of our trip so far. Antonella and her family are so welcoming, and eager to make our stay memorable. Great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The house is immaculate. If I could buy it, I would. The pool was used daily and was spotlessly clean. It’s the prettiest house I’ve ever seen. Thank you for everything. We hope to be back someday.

Great location conveniently close to the train station and just a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything met our expectations and we had a pleasant stay overall.

Daniele’s Apartment is perfect! We stayed there for a week in march. It was clean, cosy and cheap! It was great to have such nice temperature control, and the balcony was used everyday! We had a lovely time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The Gelato downstairs is also especially recommended ;).

Everything at the casa vacanze is exceptional. Very comfortable with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It’s modern, pristine and absolutely beautiful. It’s location is quiet and relaxing. It has safe parking on site. Piero and his wife were always available and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Raffaele was immediately kind and helpful. Due to an emergency (we had a great time) it allowed us to extend the stay at a favorable price. In general, the house has everything you need for a stay of a few days in Bari also because the location allows you to comfortably reach the station and the old Bari area.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Hands down one of the best views I’ve ever seen from a balcony. We walked all over the city, and waking up to that view every morning was unbeatable. The hosts were super responsive, respectful, and helpful. They even left us snacks and waters, which was a nice touch. The place was really clean, in a safe area, and fit the four of us perfectly. If you’re thinking about booking it, just go for it—you won’t regret it! Only thing to note is that the laundry service took over a day to finish and cost €20, but overall, 10/10 would stay here again!

This is an excellent property with well appointed kitchen and laundry. It was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The garage was a welcome addition, despite available street parking. The keyless internet entry worked very well (but does require your phone to have data).

Accommodation near the sea, the host is very welcoming,❤️ there is a private yard for parking, very suitable for driving out for vacation and play

Michele's place is a bright,clean,modern apartment . Located near oldtown this modern and secure building is an easy walk to the attractions and the seaside. the large sunny terrace is a great place to enjoy some outside time overlooking the city skyline. It Is about an 8 minute walk to the location where many tour busses leave for day trips to Alberobello and Matera. I would gladly return
