The villa was equipped with a driveway for about 6-8 vehicles and easy to walk over the short stairs. The interior design in the villa is modern and simple. With a terrace, a garden with pool, barbecue, sitting areas, and much more, you definitely have an oasis of relaxation here. We were very satisfied and looking forward to the next visit

Room not very large, but with everything you need, clean, and in a very convenient location for public transport. The host was very kind and very helpful despite our late arrival at check-in, and he always made himself very available for any request. The area is quiet and quiet

Cem was a super host! Came to greet at the front door and showed the entire place. It’s right in the center of İstanbul and a 2min walk to the Karakoy marina/port. Lots of restaurants and shops. His place is 3 stories. Super cool concept but a hassle to bring luggage up and down 😅 so just keep luggage downstairs haha. Cemal had waters, teas, coffee, and canned drinks for his guest. Awesome amenity. I was joking with him and said “where is the beer?” Haha. Great guy to chit chat with. Had a pleasant stay at his place. It was clean as well. Two small things to note. The downstairs sleeping area is somewhat noisy even as a heavy sleeper you can hear all the street traffic, etc. Also the bed seem to be worn out and it was COLD. Can feel the draft from the outside still - the heater was on but didn’t seem to warm up the first floor….i just said no biggie and I Slept second floor and was a lot quieter and comfortable. Overall great value and host for the area. Def recommend!

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the stay at Cinar’s apartment. It was clean and worked out very well. Beyoglu is one of our favorite parts of town so I always enjoy staying there. The apartment is well located around sights, goods restaurants and shopping. Cinar was very helpful and made sure I was settled in with no issues.

Really enjoyed this place. Mustafa was a great host and went beyond expectation. He met us at the air bnb to make sure check in went smoothly and showed us how to work some of the features. Communicated well with us before hand. He came with extra sheets and towels quickly. Only downside is that he lives at the top of a hit so it's a hike to get up there, but other than that it's a great place to stay at!! Highly recommend staying here again!

It was my first time using airbnb, but I was very satisfied. The house is as clean and tidy as in the photos. Ms. Lora was quick to help with everything. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone considering. Also the location of the house is quite good and there is no parking problem

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

the location is superb! its just a walking distance to shopping area, blue mosque, hagia sophia, topkapi palace, and also the famous Citarasa Malaysia restaurant! u have no worries to find foods since there is a lot of restaurant in the surrounding. There is also a nice park and playground just 1 min walk. my kids love it so much! other than that, the host Seyid is also very responsive and caring for our wellbeing throughout our stay. will be back here for sure whenever we come to Istanbul again in the future.

We loooooved Muharrem and Gonul’s place. This was a traditional Turkish house and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect and a stone’s throw away from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the neighbors are quite charming. Gonul welcomed us with some treats she made which really enjoyed. We had everything we needed in the home! As others have mentioned, the bathroom is on a separate floor from the bedrooms. This may cause difficulty for people traveling with elders or their parents. We loved this place and cannot recommend it enough!

It already seemed perfect, but in reality it was even more perfect, it definitely exceeded our expectations!The house is beautiful, large, very clean, with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and even more,the bathroom is perfect, excellent shower, hot water without problems, bedroom equipped with every comfort, air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine, clothes rack, towels, soaps. There is a large TV in the living room. The whole house is super bright, divided into two floors. The surrounding area is very quiet, a nice place, safe and pleasant, there is a very close shopping center with cafes, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket, everything you might need. There is a small comfortable outdoor space. It's easy to find transportation and taxis. The host is friendly and helpful. You will want to live in this house, do not waste any more time, for us it will always be in our heart. Thank you

We had an amazing time. Decoration was so calm, cozy and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul and very close to all the main tourist attractions. Dilek is an outstanding host—super helpful, kind, and attentive. Everything was perfect. The apartment was nice and tidy, but it was challenging for Uber or taxis to locate or stop nearby. If you’re booking tours, note that large buses cannot access the apartment. Additionally, it’s situated at the bottom of a hill, which might be something to consider if you have to make few trips or have children.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

For a big group this place provides all the comforts for every family/ couple with their own private kitchen and bathrooms and some community space in the bigger rooms for casual hangouts. Amazing hosts. Would love to stay here again!!
