Wonderful, cozy house and much better than in the photos. Mr. Jaime super attentive. The only point was the pool that was not clean because the product did not arrive for the pool in time to put it in to act, but because it was cold and raining we did not miss the pool so much. The garage was a parked car in the middle of it making it impossible to organize our cars, but the SR. Jaime de pronto help us to organise and everything went well. We will definitely rent more often. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent, distribution of the perfect rooms and the outside area away from the house allowing quiet rest for those who want to rest and hear a louder sound for those who want to stay at the barbecue. Ana and her daughter Vitória were amazing hosts! We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for more people. Their home is beautiful and very well kept. They are very kind people and we can’t wait to come stay at their property again!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

I go to São Paulo at least once a month and have stayed in several Airbnb, but very rare to find something so complete. Well located, safe, extremely clean and complete in relation to essential everyday utensils. Congrats for the Enrico organization, I will no doubt return.

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. We spent three full months in the apartment and genuinely would have stayed longer if we could. The view is simply spectacular—better than most rooftop bars in São Paulo. Doing your morning workout with that skyline as your backdrop is a real treat! The location is ideal: quiet, safe (especially by São Paulo standards), and very walkable. Rua dos Pinheiros, with its great selection of restaurants, is just a 5-minute stroll away. There’s a well-stocked supermarket next door, and for a touch of classic Brazilian charm, the local boteco is literally on the corner. We also arranged for a cleaner to come by once a week—she did a fantastic job and took care of our laundry as well (for a small additional fee). Renato helped us set this up and made the whole process seamless. All in all, a perfect spot to enjoy the best of Pinheiros. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

i loved the experience. the host was extremely kind and concerned about my stay. helped in everything I needed. was super proactive. for sure will be my stay for the next work needs. it was extremely close to my training location. it was much more worthwhile that the hotels were available. many thanks Wlander!

Carinas place was great. Very safe and easy access. Very clean and walkable to most things. WiFi was fast, the balcony was beautiful. Simple and nice.

The apartment is excellent, in an amazing location very close to some of the best restaurants/nightlife in Sao Paulo, and the top-floor gym and pool are incredible. Marcello is an ideal Airbnb host, very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The building requires pre-registration and facial recognition for entrance and exit, which was new to me, and was cool to experience, but also not something I'd expected, and which also made having guests more difficult. Overall it was a great experience, and I'd happily stay there again -- muito obrigado!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.

Marina is very kind and helpful, the apartment is ideal if you need to be close to the Albert Einstein Hospital, I would definitely come back
