This is a great little place conveniently located near downtown Athens. Cozy and quaint with everything you need.

Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

We loved our stay at Tom’s place for our Thanksgiving trip to Athens. The property was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities necessary for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Tom was a great host and communicated well throughout our stay. We loved the location.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house perfectly met our family’s needs, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The large backyard was great for outdoor fun, while the dining area and spacious living room made mealtime and relaxation easy. The bedrooms were awesome, with multiple options that gave us plenty of space to spread out. A standout feature was the video game arcade upstairs, featuring a vintage Pac-Man machine with over 200 classic arcade games—such a fun touch! The play area for children was also fantastic, with a wide variety of toys suited for both toddlers and young kids, making it perfect for our little ones. Overall, this home was ideal for our family getaway—great space, thoughtful amenities, and a memorable experience. We’d highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable Athens home. We came to spend Christmas with our family who lives in Athens and Johnathan’s house was wonderful! The toys they had at the house offered endless entertainment for the grand babies. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room was very comfortable for adults. The nicest thing was the space to all be together for the holiday. Thank you for putting up a Christmas tree and all the decorations for us too. Great Airbnb, great hosts, 5 stars all around. We’d love to come back next year. Thanks again!

We stayed here for our annual Cousin vacation and had an amazing time. We were a party of 10, and spent lots of time downstairs playing games that were in the cabinet. The entire home was so comfortable and we all felt right at home. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal and were pleasantly surprised that Ken & Thomas had every kitchen item you could need.

Stayed with four friends for the Road Atlanta race weekend. The house was accommodating, new, and full of amenities, particularly outdoors with the pool, patio, courts, and games. It was also very convenient to the track for us. Debbie was proactive and very friendly.

Sandy was an Awesome Host!! She was proactive with communication and instructions were clear. Her property was perfect for our UGA Game Weekend!!

One of the best Air bnb experiences ever. House was fantastic and the pool was even nicer better! One of the greatest features is the front porch — enjoyed many meals and relaxation time there. Sooooo charming! Never been to Suwanee before but definitely would go back… just a great 3 weeks! 🧡💜💙

I stayed here due to unforeseen weather conditions but it felt like a vacation from home for a night . So beautiful and thoughtfully designed it’s a place to vibe with a lover or friend with so many indoor activities and a cute bar. My stay was 10/10 I actually didn’t want to leave and the owners were very friendly and responsive highly recommend

Everything was good

I never know what to expect when it comes to air bnbs. I thought the whole way to Elizabeth Farms, that it would be what the pictures advertised. Once I pulled in I felt relaxtion hit me and that was what I wanted even if it was just for 2 days. I also noticed that it was gated which brought a piece of mind and security which just boosted my relaxation mind set. As I drove near the barn, I saw all the animals which was awesome cause I love animals. I parked and got out and unlocked the door and when I walked in the bnb, everything was as advertised it was so perfect and everything was clean and nothing was out of place. I highly recommened Elizabeth farms to anyone looking for relaxtion if your in the area. The host was very attentive to all questions that were asked and responded promptly. I Highly recommened if you like nice people, clean space, and of course the horses that are just a couple steps out the door.

Home was just what we needed for our family group. We loved the spacious house and yard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. We will stay again if we’re traveling that way!

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

My family and I had a wonderful holiday week. It was our first visit to Jefferson and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My grandchildren enjoyed visiting the local ice cream shop and donut shop. My children enjoyed the pizza place, pub and Friends restaurant. All of these were within walking distance from the house so it made it nice not having to drive everywhere. My husband enjoyed the 500 piece puzzle that we worked on for 7 days straight. We didn’t get it finished unfortunately but it was a great bonding time for us all. We’ll be back.

This was such a sweet place to spend Christmas. It was cozy and warm. My husband and I relaxed with our dogs. Great tv options. Beautiful countryside. Nice kitchen to cook up enough food for us for a few days.
